No experience with doctor himself but the staff that picks up the phone is pretty incompetent and not knowledgeable about the doctors pricing and procedures. Couldn’t tell the cost for a regular first consult.

We were never able to see Dr. Silva. His availability is few and far in between. Once we had an appointment, it was cancelled, and rescheduled. Then that rescheduled appointment was cancelled while we were en route to his office. We ended up seeing his PA after begging to make our trip worth it (and still ended up waiting over an hour to be seen). Very unprofessional and upsetting as our infant needs immediate care. Going to a more reliable provider.

I can't say enough about Dr Silvia and his team. He has helped my two sons and my husband. He does this with grace, humor and compassion. He spends time with you and doesn't make you feel rushed. He cares about his patients and shows that incredible "bed side manner" that many doctors are missing. He most recently placed tubes in my son's ears and as a mother, I felt comfort knowing he was in good hands. Also, to his "sidekick" Jeff in scheduling. What an amazing person he is. So one of my closest friends had his tonsils removed a couple of weeks ago with Dr. Silva and at first all seemed well. Then 6 days goes by and my friend noticed he was still coughing up some blood.... so he goes to get it checked out early that day and they tell him everything looks ok and not to worry. They give him some pain pills and he passes out. Flash forward a couple of hours later when he wakes up and is coughing more blood then before.... then he starts throwing up blood..... he is rushed back to the hospital for a second time in one day because someone made an error... as he’s on the way he has to hang out the window of a moving car because of the amount of blood coming from his mouth. Once he arrives at the hospital he goes into shock and they had to give him an emergency surgery to stop the bleeding. When he awoke they told him he almost needed a blood transfusion because of the amount of blood he lost. All because Dr. Silva (who made the first sugery) did something wrong. I don’t know what those people are doing there but the fact that my friend went early in the morning to say something was wrong and none of them could find out what it was is just not acceptable. I would be ashamed to say I work in a place like that. Don’t waste your money on mediocre service because it’s not worth the risk. Have been a patient since 2007 and I can say Dr. Silva is one of the most professional doctors I have been to. I have had multiple surgeries conducted with Dr. Silva and no complaints at all. I had major sinus issues that were corrected in 2009 and recently had my tonsils removed with no complications.

Dr. Silva was amazing! My son got a bean stuck in his ear. I called at 8:30 am and his office worked us in at 10:15. It was too stuck and we had to go to the surgery center. Rather than take the afternoon off as he had planned, Dr. Silva and his staff got us scheduled at 1:30 and removed the bean. So,so grateful!

I am so thankful that I was referred to Dr. Silva to see my 2 yr old with constant ear infections. He wasted no time and made an action plan to get tubes and resolve my son's issues and had the audiologist test his hearing in 1 easy appointment. My child does not typically enjoy Dr. visits but Dr. Silva had him laughing and smiling. Very impressed! My son is a high school athlete and had some seriously impacted sinuses. Dr. Silva met personally with us, explained both the positives and possible negatives of sinus surgery for him, and the follow up care after the surgery was exceptional. Our son can breathe, smell, and sleep without snoring/sneezing, etc, and we are very grateful. Dr. Silva is both realistic and caring, and explained everything so that we could understand it. He spoke to my daughter and explained exactly what was going on with her breathing. He gave us some options and answered our concerns. She left with no stress or worries.

Dr Silva was called into the hospital to determine if emergency was required for my son - after it was determined that my son had periorbital cellulitis along with another issue that threatened to cause blindness in one eye. Dr Silva explained the situation clearly, presented our options and worked with me on a course of action forward. Dr Silva was amazing and he is now my doctor of choice for ENT issues. Raving fan!!!

I highly recommend Dr. Silva to everyone. He is a wonderful ENT doctor!!

Dr. Silva recently did a septoplasty on me yesterday. It was so detailed at explaining the surgery and what's to be expected after surgery. He is very personable and takes the time to make sure you are okay. It hasn't been a full 24hrs yet but he is an amazing ENT and highly recommend him. I found out that I had a huge cyst in my sinus cavity just after I had brain surgery to remove a tumor and a cyst. Dr. Silva was so compassionate and caring during my unique (and hard) situation. He is a very kind and funny man who can put a smile on your face in the most challenging of times. I got a couple of opinions on whether or not it should be removed and went with him because of his thorough and clear explanation of the type of cyst and location, etc.. I highly recommend Dr. Silva!!

Considerable breathing difficulties related to nasal. Was told it was allergies and all other nonsense. Got tested - no allergies. Suggested a nasal CAT scan and the I see an EMT. Dr. Silva looked at the CAT scan, explained everything to me and we made plans for surgery. My only complaint that I waited so long. Dr. Siva solved all my problems. I don't even snore anymore. I breath clear and easy.

This is a very inefficient office with long waiting times and a real lack of attention to patients. They have far too many appointments trying to generate too much revenue at the sacrifice of patient care.

Dr, Silva took an unprecedented amount of time with us to explain my daughter's condition and what our options were going forward. He had a great rapport with my 3 year old and was very gentle and kind with her! My only complaint is that he is so popular that it is going to take a long time to get back in to see him for a follow up for the results of my daughter's MRI, not his fault however. I've been to Dr. Silva a few times. I never felt rushed, he took time to answer my many questions and he explained things well.

I have three sons and two of them have been helped tremendously by Dr. Silva. My youngest needed ear tubes at 10 months and my oldest has had sinus/asthma issues for a few years. The ear tubes changed our lives as parents and my son no longer needed so many meds. Dr. Silva performed sinus surgery on my oldest and he is in such better health- it is AMAZING! He is honest and lays out all the information so you can make the most informed decision.

I have never seen a Dr. so uncaring about his patients specialty when a patient is a 3 year old child. I think a car mechanic would be more caring about a car he repairs than the way this Dr treated my 3 year old son. That is my opinion, I hope no one would ever have to feel the way I did every time I took my child to see him.
