Dr. Andrew Segarra

He's a good chiropractor, but if he's in a bad mood he will take it out on you and his receptionists. I've been going for two months and although he has a sarcastic personality, he's really good at what he does. He treated my lower back, upper back, and neck pain very well, and had great suggestions and stretches for strengthening so that pain did not come back. However, my last visit, I arrived and he immediately started tearing into me and commenting on my personal life. He knew I was crying by this point because he handed me a tissue, but didn't relent. After I left upset, he did leave me (and my mother who called the office to see what happened) a voicemail apologizing but it did not seem genuine and he straight up lied to my mother about how he treated me. His office staff are incredibly kind and amazing people but he lacked professionalism and compassion and I will not be going back anymore. I used to enjoy visiting multiple times a week but his behavior was inexcusable.
