Lies in notes on my chart. Notes stated advised to have no alcohol beverages consumed. The Dr visit, there was nothing said about alcohol consumption nor was I asked about it. Yes smoking was brought up but not alcohol. A straight up lie. Just checking on a wound healing from a wound they created to do surgery on a broken ankle.
