A very warm,, caring and accommodating practice

Dr. Raxenburg is a very caring and friendly doctor. The staff is very friendly and they call and check on you frequently when you need help.

Office staff was professional and responsive. Dr. Raxenberg, was patient thorough and very informative. He took the time to explain and go over the various issues.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Raxenberg and planned on continuing to see him again. He was kind, patient, listened well and asked pertinent questions. I did not like the fact that all blood tests are done on one morning so the waiting room gets completely filled with not only patients but many many people waiting for their blood tests. This was even during the Covid Pandemic. Also, although the doctor did not say anything to me when we went through my list of medications, later on, when I called to get a renewal on my medical marijuana prescription, I was told that "he doesn't do that" and that I needed to go see another doctor in the group in Wellington! I don't think so! I switched to another doctor who could take care of all of my prescriptions and did blood work whenever it was needed.

Friendly staff, appointed was on time and Dr was great.

Dr. Raxenberg possesses all of the qualities you would want in a primary care physician. He is caring, he listens to your concerns, he is knowledgeable, efficient, and displays a genuine concern for your wellbeing.

I am a new patient and I was glad one of my friends recommended dr. Raxenberg. He was very thorough with my examination. And took his time listening to me.

This was a typical follow-up appointment. He gave me a good report on my blood test. Noticed one area was a little low and increased dosage of one pill for follow-up.

Very efficient operation, they were able to get me in on short notice for an operation. Dr. Raxenberg provides excellent advice, and was also able to complete an on-site lab, which was very convenient. Staff was very helpful.

I requested an appointment since I was feeling unwell and very exhausted. I was given a very quick date to see Dr. Raxenberg. I was sure I would have to wait weeks, so I was very impressed and thankful!

Welcomed at the front desk, paperwork at her fingertips I was seated no more than 5 minutes when the M.A. took my vitals and seated me to await the doctor who came in shortly after.

Always well taken care of, Dr. Raxenberg listens to us, is patient and interested in our health and well-being. Office is spotless, staff are always friendly and helpful. Never feel rushed, always get all the time our appointments deserve. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr Rax for 13 years. He is compassionate, caring, extremely approachable and listens to all our needs. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of medicine and goes that extra mile to make us feel completely comfortable with regards to our ongoing medical care. We miss Monique and Meggan, but sometimes in life one must move on when opportunities present themselves. We recommend Dr Raxenberg to anyone who is looking for an outstanding physician.

The staff is pleasant. I didn?t have to wait long to see Dr Raxenberg. Dr Raxenberg is a good physician. I am of the opinion that he cares for his patients and would like to see that get better. And until he shows otherwise this will remain my opinion. I would recommend to everyone.

I would recommend Dr Raxenberg to family and friends. He's thorough in reviewing and explaining your tests and making suggestions to improve your health, He is patient, pleasant and speaks so that you understand what he is saying to you.

Dr. Raxenberg started our first visit by saying he wanted to get to know me better. Me, as a person, not me as a lab result. How refreshing! Then, when we did look at lab results, he put them in context to see what meshed, what didn’t and what needed further follow up; he is thoughtful in his assessments.

Dr. Raxenberg is the best doctor I have ever had, and I am 73 years old. Every time he walks into my exam room he remembers my medical history and often asks how I'm doing with some issue I saw him for months before. Unlike other doctors, he doesn't act like he is seeing me for the first time. His diagnoses have always been spot on. He is not afraid or unwilling to speak to another treating doctor about an issue I am having and has done so. I have referred him to many friends who have asked for an internal medicine doctor and everyone is very happy with him.

I was in search of a good primary care physician after a bad experience with the doctor I was using. One of my other doctors recommended Dr. Raxenberg after he heard of my displeasure with the other doctor. He recommended Dr Raxenberg and told me that Dr Raxenberg was his personal physician. During my first appointment Dr Raxenberg spent a good 20-25 minutes as I explained my history. He then made some observations that surprised me as he asked such pertinent questions as if he was my Doctor for years. I couldn’t possibly give Dr Raxenberg a better review. From the moment I knocked at the door, and waited briefly for a staff member to open it, I knew that precautions were being taken. After welcoming me, the staff person took my temperature and invited me to sit in one of the few chairs, spaced 6 ft apart. The nurse assistant was delightful in taking my weight, blood pressure, and ushering me into a room to go over my concerns; shortly after this, Dr. Raxenberg came in and immediately asked what my concerns were. He listened carefully, and commented, and asked questions. And he suggested a change in medication, emphasizing that if there were any problem to call him. My husband has been raving about what a great doctor Dr. Raxenburg is for years. With my Dr. moving further North, I decided to try Dr. Raxenburg. He was very attentive. Very disappointed with his approach to actually seeing a sick patient. Even though I had two covid vaccine shots, he would not allow me in his office for a doctor patient face to face. Only was able to have a phone visit. Office said that I should go to urgent care. Seems his office only sees patients when they are well. Not caring at all.
