Dr. McKnight is so thorough and smart. He had allergies as a child and had to get allergy shots (allergy immunotherapy) for years. Therefore, he's very understanding. He puts everything he suggests in writing for you to take home. It's been a long time since I've met a healthcare provider who provides such quality service. I teach at a local nursing school, so I like asking questions. I want to understand why a treatment is beneficial and all options. Dr. McKnight always answered my questions, provided all options, and allowed me to make an educated and informed decision. He also gave me the most detailed explanation of how I should begin to exercise again because after COVID19, I kept getting a tight chest with exercise. I monitor my heart rate now, thanks to Dr. McKnight. I loved Dr. McKnight's office so much, I brought two of my kids who suffer from allergies to see him, too. Dr. McKnight is the best physician for allergies, asthma, and immunology.

Dr. McKnight is laid back and easy to talk to. He listens, understands, and explains. He gives me the time I need. Fortunately, my allergies are minor but I know several who go to him with their children who have terrible, life-threatening allergies and they love this dr. I've been told the other dr within his practice is good, too, and a little easier to get in for a first patient visit. Hard to get a first patient visit with Dr. McKnight, but he's worth it, if you can wait.

From the minute you walk in, you are treated like a welcome guest. Friendly staff with positive attitudes. Dr. McKnight is thorough and personable. He explains as he goes along, and even gives a paper to take home with everyone on it he discusses. I always feel like I'm being treated by a true caring professional when I visit Dr. McKnight.

Dr. McKnights office staff will leave me canceling both mine and my daughters appointments due to their unprofessional and unethical practices. They LIED directly to me over the phone in advance to my SECOND appointment about having received authorization from her insurance for testing. They didn't receive it for her first appointment, hence the rescheduling for a second appointment. Thanks for lying for no particular reason other than knowing someone pays.
