Dr. Andrew J Krause

I had their new Dentist first time do ceramic crown, it is constantly catching food and must floss after even a snack, I complained over and over, it was filed. Also same new Dentist did filling which has caused huge problems, It also catches food, and is constanty erritated, I called for appt. with Dr. Nick owner of Krause, which was newly acquired, no one called me back, I called again 2 weeks later, and I have appointment almost 2 months later, I now have gum infection. They are using new procedure where your fitted with crown same day. Only thing is I was first patient, and new Dr. did not know how to use it. I now have ceramic, not porcelain crown, that is ruff, as it had to be filed down, and filling that was not done right. He said he only had dark material to use, hole other story, it catches food and not I have gums that are all read and sore, and I have to wait 2 months to get in.
