I appreciate how quick and easy it was to visit Urgent Care. The staff are very nice. I felt that I was listened to by Dr Hong.

He was thorough and concise and took the time to explain conditions for us and answer all our questions.

Even though I know he's so busy with patients and all the Covid testing he was so nice! More than nice. He was caring and considerate and answered all my questions and I really think highly of him. This was our first and only visit together.

Dr. Andrew J. Hong was absolutely a breath of fresh air! He was courteous, inquisitive, responsive, patient, gentle, caring, charismatic, tactful. We could tell he was born to be a doctor because he enjoyed doing his job! He left us feeling at ease and comfortable assuring us our condition was clearly mendable but without disregarding our concern for it. He is the Ritz Carlton of doctors because we felt like we were treated with the utmost care and respect. With me, he covered all his bases with my medications so that if one didn’t work, I’d have a back-up which was very forward thinking of him. And with my husband, he focused and concentrated so intently on placing the glue strips on his cut just right and in a perfect straight line. I wish I had a level to show you how perfectly aligned it was!! On our way home, we couldn’t stop talking about him and will seek him out to be our doctor. Thank you Dr. Hong! You’re the best. ??????

He’s has that calm and kind demeanor and takes time to explain things.

Emergency visit he sent me onto Saddleback emergency I was totally anemic my eyelids were very pale remove I was white and my blood pressure was extremely low I was at the emergency room two weeks before and asked for a blood test because I felt terrible I was with a different doctor and he said I would have to wait and go to my regular doctor at that time I was severely anemic and had fainting spells and could have really been injured i’ll because of a simple blood test I had no idea I was anemic and my blood pressure went so loe

Dr. Hong was professional, made an excellent plan based on his observations and prescribed not only medication but also options if my symptoms worsened. He also followed up to check on me.

We took our daughter to Dr. Hong for urgent care, and it turned out our daughter had strep throat. Dr. Hong was attentive and caring, and spoke to our daughter, not at her. Wish he could be our primary pediatrician but we have changed insurance plans.

Dr. Hong took his time to carefully staple my daughters head injury and even though she is only 8, he respected her wishes to know the play by play of what he was going to do and helped her feel calm in an otherwise panic filled situation.

I came for Covid testing but Dr Hong recognized that I am high risk and that some of my issues may be cardiac or lung related. He is knowledgeable and patient. He ordered appropriate testing, meds, and follow up suggestions, and he took time to answer questions in person and online. I would highly recommend him.

I visited Dr. Hong during a difficult time because I was actively miscarrying at 5 weeks into my pregnancy. Dr. Hong was incredibly kind, respectful, empathetic, and helpful. He was patient and explained everything very thoroughly to me. Dr. Hong followed through with me even after my visit. Even though I saw Dr. Hong because of a difficult circumstance, he really made the different for my husband and I.
