I'm so glad I made the choice to see Dr. Hazley. A coworker recommended him based on her positive experience from gallbladder surgery and her husband's hernia surgery. During my initial consultation, he took the time to explain everything so clearly, and he is very easy to talk to. He was able to fit me into surgery the next day, and he did an amazing job. During the follow-up appointments, he made sure I was making adequate progress every week. His nurse is very caring and couldn't have been more helpful. By the 3rd week I was biking, running, and back to my normal self thanks to this man. He has 42 years of experience, and he was one of the first in the country to do laparoscopic hernia repair. Dr Hazley did a wonderful job with my husband’s gallbladder surgery. I was very impressed with his knowledge and patience. He really got to me when he hugged me and said God bless. Now his nurse on the other hand was really rude to me and said something she should not have.

The office manager has an attitude problem. His head nurse has issues! Too bad because Dr. Hazley himself seemed to be a great surgeon. If you can deal with the staff to get to him. Very straightforward and confident. Listens to all concerns and makes sure he understands all symptoms before recommending next steps. Explained what I could expect from surgery as well. He was able to get me in quickly for surgery since it was effecting my ability to work. He was very thorough in giving post op instructions to my family as well. I was having some odd symptoms after surgery and he reached out to me even though he was out of office because it was the 4th of July.

Very nice person . Explains everything he plans on doing and will listen to you as you ask questions.. He fixed my issue and I am very thankful for his work on me!!

Possibly the reviewer of January 26, 2016 caught the doctor on a bad but but while listening to the consultation of my wife's, I saw nothing like what was described. Dr Hazley talked directly to my wife, he was polite and courteous and he listened well. Granted we saw him in a hospital situation and not an office visit, but I can't imagine the difference. He is a surgeon so I was surprised when he recommended that we wait a couple of weeks before we decided on surgery. i recommend this provider

Doctor Hazley was rude, arrogant, and misogynistic. He refused to talk to me the whole time, and wanted to only talk to my husband or father. His office is also very sloppy and has lost FMLA paperwork. So not only didi this jerk treat me like crap, he might cost me my job.

i was very happy with him he spent over an hour with me and explained my surgery in full detail almost like he was teaching me i very much enjoied the time spent in his care
