Mr. Andrew Gottehrer

I have been working for Dr. Gottehrer's office for over 6 mths and love it here. Dr. Gottehrer is very knowledgeable and a very funny guy.

We really like the Dr so we have given 2 stars but unfortunately when it comes to the office staff it doesn't seem the right hand knows what the left is doing. We drove over 70 miles one way to be told that the appointment had been rescheduled and they had left us a message. They did not leave a message however we did have a letter come to our mailbox (while we were gone to the appt) that was mailed Friday 22nd to inform us that our Monday the 25th appt had been rescheduled. Again right and left hand, so unfortunately we are going to have to find someone else closer to home because I have to take off work to drive my 94 yr old grandmother to these and I can't afford to miss work as an only parent. I hope the Dr. knows this is the only reason we are changing. And did I mention the staff that informed us smiled said sorry life happens. Not good enough, professionalism demands accountability. I am very impressed with Dr. Gottehrer's thorough analysis of my health issues. He is by far one of the most informative and knowledgeable Dr.'s that I have known. He truly cares about his patient's well being. He is worthy of the 5 star rating without question.

Dr. G is very kind, spends time explaining everything about your test and illness. His entire staff treated me very well. I strongly recommend him.

The front desk people are extremely rude and unfriendly.

One of the worst experiences in healthcare so far. Didn’t even get to meet the doctor, his whole front office staff is completely rude and unprofessional. I was referred to this pulmonologist specifically for my lingering Covid symptoms I got in July and have since tested negative 4 times including earlier this last week. The office called and confirmed my appointment several times as well as scheduled on the phone with me and NEVER made issue of the fact that I had had Covid and still was experiencing symptoms. I have the documentation for my negative test and had it at the house two minutes down the street they told me they had no time for that today and that they would have to reschedule me a month from now. I already waited over a month to get into see this doctor and have been struggling since July to breathe. My suggestion is is that if you were going to work and healthcare and work with the general public, you should probably have some sort of empathy and customer service.. or at least make sure the people in the front of your office aren’t completely rude and can competently do their job. I have been waiting for a month almost to get the results of my CT scan and I still know nothing, so I'm way beyond stress because of all this

Dr.G is great . He always listens to me and has helped me tremendously

Totally pleased with dr and staff. Waiting for more complete pulmonary function testing per my request because of Covid concerns.

Dr. G is a great dr. Took the time to explain everything to me. Didn’t have to wait long. Overall a pleasant experience.

Such an excellent doctor! I am a physician and I take my mom to him. He is very smart, competent, kind, caring, and compassionate. He inspires me as a doctor honestly.

Absolutely a professional. You can have trust in him .

Personable, takes time to explain complex issues. Has a detailed approach to analysis and diagnosis. He has a very good grasp of Myasthenia Gravis from personal experience with his Mother suffering from MG. He has a competent and caring staff. I felt much better upon receiving care and ongoing treatment from this medical professional. Most positive experience I have had with MD in decades!

I have been going to Dr. Gottehrer since early 1990's. It was he that saved my life by diagnosing and treating me with COPD. Something that multiple other doctors couldn't fingure out. He and a very special doctor and friend. He is caring, concerned and very knowledgable. He thinks of any way that he can to help you. I have recommended him to anyone who has lung problems because I know he will do his best to help them. I can't imagine going to anyone else for lung care.

A wonderful caring Doctor. He has personally callled other Doctors that provide care for me and discussed my case. Try finding this level of concern from other Doctors. you just can't. My personal thanks to you, Dr Gotteher. Bruce Isentol

Very knowledgable and friendly. Always leave feeling more informed and in good care.

He is very skilled and knows how to explain complicated issues so anyone could comprehend it. He takes time to listen to you and answer any questions you might have.
