Dr. Andrew Cole Eisenberg

I had an incident that required stitches about 2 weeks ago. I saw Dr. Andrew Eisenberg at Englewood Fl Emergency Room. He was friendly and all but that's not exactly what you look for in a Dr. After the procedure was over I received no prescriptions including no antibiotics! The wound did not heal properly and I ended up needing surgery. I am not sure that it was from lack of antibiotics but a little direction or information on how to care for the wound would have helped. I had to ask all the questions that should have been told to me. Lack of communication and lack of care in my opinion. I probably could of been completely healed in a week but now required surgery 2 weeks later and will be out of work and regular life for the majority of a month. Dr eisenberg seen my daughter in the er in Englewood FL for a fall n damage to her collar bone. He gave her an icee n stuffed animal n rotated her arm. Did not order x Ray's or anything just sent her home and said she was fine. The next morning we to her to a hospital in Port Charlotte n they did x-rays n found it was broken in 3 spots. Then I went to the er for severe abdominal pain he did no test just sent me home. I went to the Port Charlotte er 3 hours later and I was rush to emergency surgery to have my gallbladder removed. From there a few months later my pain returned.l again went to the er in Englewood seen him again he told me it was nothing n sent me home I went to Port Charlotte er n the found the main arrtery to my stomach was blocked n needed to do surgery.
