Dr Andy Ecker is the best there is. Sadly his office is the most inept there is. Undertrained , Inept and irresponsible. No follow up on abnormal test results. He a actually circled ok for results way out of range. He failed to diagnose an incurable disease. Dod not take my fatigue, pain, etc seriously. Took tests to another another physician who was appalled with Dr Ecker's negligence. Sent me to hematologist who performed immediate bone marrow biopsy. Lazy or incompetent? He is dangerous and should habe his license revoked.

I have always been satisfied with the care I received from Dr Ecker. However he needs a hands on approach when a patient request a transfer of their records. This has been more than 3 months, the records have not yet been transferred, this is causing me a hardship medically. The staff in his office has more excuses for not transferring the records. This is totally unacceptable. The excuses range from the person who transfers them being out for 2 weeks etc. again unacceptable

Andrew Ecker is always helpful and has a smile on his face. Makes going to the doctor an okay experience. Seriously, he is very knowledgeable and ALWAYS takes his time to listen and then explain what is going on with me medically - particularly with my diabetes.
