I have been a patient for 4 years, 2 neck fusions. I have seen great improvements on time management and not feeling rushed. I have been happy with my results and no complaints.

Dr Dossett and his staff was top notch and helped answer any questions I asked.

Very knowledgeable and explains info and details to assure you understand what is happening and why. Staff and practice very efficient and friendly.

Dr. Dossett is a gifted surgeon and his follow-up is thorough. Mark, his PA, is efficient and informative.

What can I say ! Dr. Dossett has operated on my back six times.. He is the sole reason I am still upright .I can still tie my shoes and walk around the block because of his expertise. The professional and friendly demeanor of his staff, Erin, Veronica and Dr Mark, take a harsh reality and makes it seamless. I have been so fortunate to be in their care..and so will you !

I learned something that is definitely leading me to a new lifestyle.

Very efficient and professional experience through every aspect of the process. I was nicely impressed and satisfied.

I’m a repeat patient of Dr. Dossett and there’s no one else I’d trust with the big decisions regarding my health and longevity of my spine.

Very good at his job, and all the staff are pleasant and respectful. Especially Dr Dossett's assistant and his nurse's.

He was amazing. Professional and helped me walk again. I went in not able to walk and he scheduled me for an emergency surgery and I walked out same day. I can’t say enough greatness.

I appreciated Dr. Dossett and am pleased with the results of my surgery. I did have a problem with the portal. When I asked a question it would not let me input the name of the doctor so it wouldn’t let my question go through. I would very much like to see the notes from my visit, but all it showed me was my original medical info that I put in at the beginning of my visits to the Carrell Clinic. This is the 2nd such incident. I have never seen any notes about any of my visits on the portal.

Dossett did not sugar coat anything, he was very thorough in his assessment and then set forth with a plan that got me where I am today! He is a man of his word and will not try to sell you a diamond when you have coal like some surgeons do. I am very happy with the outcome so far and it is up to me to take care of his good work!

Surgery went well with no post complications. Dr Dossett, Mark Glass were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They always listened to my concerns and were great about providing documents or letters needed in regard to time off work and/or transitional work duties. Staff returns calls within 24hrs and are also on top of their game. Thank you

Dr. Dossett is beyond great, he’s exceptional. He is a great surgeon and has a genuine interest in his patients well being. He has been terrific to me, he has the highest integrity and communicates very well. If you have spine issues I highly, highly recommend you see him - I have referred many people to him. Mark(PC), Erin and Letty are fantastic as well. A great “all around” healthcare team!

Dr. Dossett was amazing. Before seeing him I had been dealing in excruciating pain for months. He is very informative and cares about his patients. Surgery went well and now I am 100% pain free and enjoying my life again.

Dr. Dossett changed my husband’s life. He was in excruciating pain with herniated discs and Dossett and his crew truly cared and walked us through the process. I don’t remember waiting a long time in the waiting room, nothing out of the ordinary for a doctors visit. But I will say that you will not feel rushed when it’s your time to be seen, the staff will give you every minute you deserve so I could see how they would run behind for good reason. We are so thankful the surgery was within a month and happily drove over two hours to get it done. This hospital is amazing. From valet to receptionists to physical therapy to the nurses. The overnight security lady was even so sweet to me and helped me out with moving our vehicle when we ended up staying the night. I will recommend this hospital and doctor Dossett to anyone and everyone that ever mentions to me that they have back pain. My husband had his one month check up today and he has ZERO pain. Just over a month ago he was at a ten when he walked ten steps and slowly going into a depressive state. Today he is walking a mile a day enjoying life again. As a new patient I was treated very nicely Pre-check in was easy and saved a lot of the normal check in but time. My appt. Was for nine and I was seen for workup at 9:15 X-rays 9:30 and met with PA shortly after that. I came from an out of state Trauma Center. I took a nasty fall and fractured my c6 vertebrae while camping in the Smokie mountains. So far everyone has been great. Dr Dossett did my spinal fusion on 2/16/2022. I could not be more pleased. I was only on pain medications for two weeks after the surgery. I feel like a whole new person. If you are considering having spine surgery, absolutely go visit him. I can stand with no pain, walk with no pain, LIVE LIFE WITH NO PAIN!!

Dr. Andrew Dossett has been my doctor since 1998. He has gotten me through so many problems with my spine. He had directed me to physical therapy, injections and surgery when needed. Made special arrangements as I was coming from out of town. Able to have my surgery the day after I arrived and after a superb procedure able to return home on my fourth post op day. Impressed with smooth coordination of all involved. Back to work ahead of schedule. 5 stars.

Professional staff. Quick to be seen. Very thorough and explained everything in detail! I have seen Dr. Dossett and Staff many times. They are exceptional in their expertise!!

The overall practice, even when seemingly overwhelmed, is fast, friendly and efficient. Dr. Dossett is comprehensive and thorough in his evaluation and examination as well as in his explanations. The best of the best in treatment and care!

I had a great experience with Dr. Dossett! He was recommended to me from a friend and I’m so glad I chose him as my doctor. I can’t say enough GREAT things about Dr Dossett, and his assistants. I presented with a bulging disc in October 2021, causing the most excruciating, and debilitating pain down my left side. He and his assistants did a microscopic lumbar Discectomy at L4 to L5. It was a same day procedure in the same complex as his office. My recovery was a bit rough for a few weeks, but, that’s always expected. They were very educational, and informative about every step of the process, and extremely efficient in communication both before, and after the procedure. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr Dossett and his team. Top notch, precise, to the point, and exceptional skills to say the least. I am from a small town, and my Crohn’s surgeon Dr Philip Huber, recommended Dr Dossett, and for that, I am extremely grateful. And, recovery/rehabilitation also play the most important roll for complete, and safe recovery. Always follow the doctors orders! Thank you so much Dr Dossett, and your assistants!!

The staff is wonderful! My husband & I have both used the Doctors in this facility and when my mother needed surgery, we knew this was where we needed to take her. Terrible experience. Waited over 2 hours in waiting room (as did many others) only to see Dr Dossett who discounted my pain and said The last thing I need is for you to become addicted to pain medication & need 3 more surgeries after what I do. I don’t even take pain medication. am not one who needs bed side manner (I’d rather hear the truth) but he was arrogant,dismissive and very rude.

Dr. Dossett and Glass are phenomenal. The team should get 10 stars. From the Valet to Nursing to Dr Dossett and Glass themselves. I went in feeling excruciating pain and came out feeling a world of difference within 36 hours. You can tell walking in that they are Rockstars when it comes to back/spine injuries. Very attentive, high attention to detail, empathetic with what I was going through and excellent follow through. I never wondered what was next. Their high sense of urgency is rare. I was looking forward to my appointment and understand how busy this practice might be. However, I arrived at my appointment on time at 3PM CST. At 345PM CST I asked the front desk how much longer it would be and I was informed there were three more patients in front of me. I would ask that the office respect others time more. Had to wait quite awhile when I went for initial appointment but result was good information and surgery date. Dr. Dossett came very highly recommended by four friends and I can see why.
