I thank Dr. Croak and his staff in helping me to get my life back! Their expertise and kind, caring professional attributes were wonderful. I have told others and sing their praises!

I was nervous about everything at first but everyone put me at ease. Thr staff was excellent and made everything so pleasant. I would recommend this office to anybody. Every time I called, I got a reply back right away which I appreciated. One day I felt miserable and they called me right back and was able to be seen right away. Two weeks out after surgery I was very sore and spoke to me and reassured me.

"Dr. Croak as a human is kind and compassionate. His business practices however are not! I had to put down a $2500 deposit for a surgery in case my insurance didn’t cover it. Well, they did and in full……." I am the author of this negative review. It was written when there was a huge misunderstanding happening between myself and the office staff. The situation I was writing about has since been remedied ten fold and there have been measures put in place to ensure that information between patients and staff is passed on correctly and efficiently. This website will not let me delete my negative review so I am amending it in hopes to uphold Dr. Croaks stellar reputation.

Dr. Croak was a lifesaver for me. The surgery was wonderful and I don't have to deal with the pessary anymore. He is a wonderful doctor and I felt very comfortable with him. He solved my problem.

I am extremely satisfied and happy with my entire experience with Dr.Croak and his staff. They made me feel so comfortable. I had three prolapses which truly affected my daily life. After surgery I am back to my normal self again. Dr. Croak did a great job and I would definately recommemd his services to anyone in need.

Dr. Croak performed surgery on me for a complete hysterectomy and pelvic floor repair. He has an excellent medical education background and extensive experience in his field. I found him to be compassionate and a good listener. During my hospital stay, he visited me at least once a day and mostly two times a day. Additionally, he had his medical resident visit daily. I felt very good in his hands with such a skilled and caring physician.

Calling all ladies with problems "down there"- this doctor is the best of the best. I found myself in an unfortunate and incredibly uncomfortable situation when after 4 vaginal deliveries my rectum and bladder prolapsed into my vagina. So awful and embarrassing. I'm 31. I didn't think this could happen at such a young age. There were times I felt my insides were literally going to fall out (that's a thing so go to the ER asap if it happens). Distraught-I went to my primary care provider and then to my gynecologist. No one knew what to do or how to handle this situation. And then I was referred here, to Dr.Croak and Nancy. Dr. Croak performed a robotic pelvic surgery on me that did what my millions of kegals and pessary could not do-it fixed me. The recovery was not easy but worth it. I'm 6 weeks post-op I feel like a new woman and can fully function again. Thank you Dr.Croak & team. My life is forever better because of your work and great care.

I have been a patient of Dr Croak for over 10 yrs referred by my retiring gynecologist.He is most caring and down to earth doctor you will ever have,along with his wonderful caring staff that makes Dr Andrew Croak a GOLD STAR doctor in my book.

I have had diffuse abdominal pain for years. I saw multiple physicians. Most had said it was a female problem & suggested hysterectomy or other uterine surgery. Dr Croak had done a thorough examination & some tests & said my uterus & bladder were fine. I found out after a CT scan & abdominal x-rays I had diverticulitis & fiber in my diet was lacking. If not for Dr Croak I would have had uneeded gynecological surgery. Dr Croak is outstanding in his field.

I have received top notch service and care from Dr Croak and his staff. I feel very comfortable discussing all my issues with him and he takes the time to thoroughly answer my questions. I would highly recommend him for any uro or gyno needs.

Prior to learning of the Mona Lisa treatment, there was very little intimacy in my marriage due to painful intercourse as a result of atrophy and lichens simplex. After my first treatment, that changed! I just finished my third treatment and we are very satisfied with this procedure. Dr. Croak and his staff are great.!

I had the MLT for urinary frequency/urgency issues. Dr .Croak was exceptional in his approach in handling my concerns and questions. After these treatments, I feel “normal”again and I am incredibly happy that I made the choice to have the MLT treatments done.

I’ve completed treat with the Mona Lisa Touch for both internal and external lichen sclerosis issues. Three months after completion, the lichen sclerosis symptoms have disappeared completely, and the internal treatment has been been very successful. I highly endorse Dr. Croak and the MinaLisa Touch.!

I have been a patient of Dr. Croak's for many years, referred by my retiring OB. I've recommended many friends to him - all were very happy. One recent friend was worried about seeing him because of a 9/16 post claiming he does expensive testing without helping. That couldn't be further from the truth! I first saw him 10 years ago after seeing countless doctors for my pelvic problems. He sees the stuff no one else feels comfortable with seeing! Sex hurt, I couldn't pee or poo, and my lady parts were hanging out. Yes, he ran a lot of tests on me that I have some responsibility to pay (all insurance stinks!), and they were all negative for nerve damage. That was awesome because I didn't have to get 12 inches of my colon removed from the colorectal surgeon or a battery pacemaker from a urologist. He worked with my OB to remove my fallen uterus and repair my pelvic floor when I was ready. Pelvic therapy in the meantime was incredible until I was ready for surgery. At first I wasn't to good at doing therapy, but I stuck with the program and got better. THIS CARE CHANGED MY LIFE!!! What I love most is he gave me info to make my own decisions and didn't take me away from my OB until she was ready to retire at which I was glad Dr Croak took me into his practice with my OB's blessing. I still see therapy from time to time. I feel bad for great doctors like Dr. Croak and the pelvic therapy gals. People can anonymously leave posts that aren't true to reality and Dr. Croak and his colleagues cannot defend themselves. Needless to say, my friend will be seeing him soon!

Dr Croak and his staff are caring professionals. I had a number of tests done in his office and he and his staff answered all my questions regarding the tests and let me know what to expect before and during testing. Dr Croak carefully went over the test results with me and presented both a surgical and non-surgical option. I chose surgery. Again, I was told what to expect post-surgery and what my follow-up care would be. I believe Dr Croak is an excellent surgeon with a professional yet caring, compassionate manner and his staff reflect this same professionalism and caring.

Dr. Croak is an excellent surgeon. I had extensive damage and needed major repair. His whole office team was so professional and thorough. I had surgery with Dr Croak last summer with robot assistance. I had been suffering with pain for years . I decided to leave my Gynecologist of 25 years who I love. Dr. Croak and his office listened to my concerns. They were all professional and caring. I did have some concerning issues in my pelvic area and it was all fixed. I have been pain free. Dr. Croak fixed me all up. And it wasn't too unpleasant and well worth it. He is highly qualified. Very patient and compassionate. He pays attention to all the details! I'm better than new now!
