Andrew G Burt

Please update your website(s) to say that Dr. Burt is not accepting new patients. I went to extreme lengths to become a patient with him via my insurance company as everything I have read stated that he is accepting new patients. I was told to call back mid year, as though I am supposed to wait until then to have a provider. The person answering the phone was not helpful and blamed the office manager for not updating the websites. She was curt and hung up on me. Maybe if this is who they are hiring to run their office, I am lucky to not be a part of their practice.

Excellent doctor - thorough and detail oriented, good listener and caring. Responds to phone queries promptly. His office is well-managed with great front desk staff and I never have waited more than 5 minutes in either the waiting room or exam room.

Dr. Burt is an excellent physician. I have been a patient for more than five years and have always found him to thorough and attentive. He responds to emails quickly and gets things done efficiently. His office staff is also very proactive and they have never made a mistake. I cannot understand how anyone could leave this doctor a negative review unless they themselves were incompetent or stupid.

Dr. Burt has been my primary care physician for years, caring, thorough, and always concerned for my well being and health issues. We have an excellent Doctor-Patient relationship. James Taylor

We are first disappointed in Dr Burt apparent inability to correctly enter billing code then his office staff for not being able to correct the issues over several attempts by us. We even made a special trip to talk to his billing manager (another location) and we were told that we were required to "....you need to write Dr. Burt a letter requesting he look into the billing code...." Our family has moved on....

Dr Burt is attentive and thorough during each visit. He explains what he is doing, and listens and responds to my questions in a caring manner. When he's had to refer me, his judgement was spot on. His staff has been great about working me in for appointments when I get sick, even on Mondays! So nice to have a good Doctor right in my neighborhood!

Dr. Burt, in my opinion, is in competent and his main concern is being sued. I certainly would not recommend him as a primary care physician.
