Looks like they take the low reviews off Google reviews. No one was friendly or considerate as a healthcare providers office should be.

I had a torn and partially detached retina. In less than 2 hours from the diagnosis, Dr. Antoszyk performed surgery to repair the retina. Everything went well. Staff was very good as well. Top marks.

This gentle soul saved my sight when everyone else could not. They said he’s the best in Charlotte REGION. Now I understand why. Been in treatment since 2014. I would absolutely recommend Dr Antoszyk . He is very professional and communicates very well . His staff also is amazing . The office is very busy but they do take care of you in a timely fashion.

Dr. Andrew Antoszyk is an excellent physician. He corrected my husband’s torn retina perfectly. I have nothing but respect & admiration for his talent. However, He’s too good a physician to have such a ludicrous scheduling system. It’s almost impossible to access his office in a timely matter, especially if you have specific questions or need to access other information. Make sure you’re prepared when you “FINALLY” get to speak to an individual. Be adamant about pertinent information as administrative employees are anxious to be rid of you & their educational grammar/medical acumen regarding the fields of care are lax, if known at all! Dr. Antosyzk treated me for last 14 years for macula degeneration with eye injections every month. His expertise, care, and comforting demeanor has meant everything to me. His dedication to all efforts in retaining his patients eyesight is so appreciated as the risk of blindness is ever present. My procedures every month for 14 years were bearable knowing I was in competent, caring hands. I'm forever thankful to Dr. Antosyzk and his staff.

Dr. A is amazing and so is his staff, I was able to get an appointment within a week of calling the office. I was told I needed to have surgery and it was scheduled within 3 weeks after that. I would recommend him to anyone

When I found out that I had Mascula Degeneration in my left eye I told a friend who had a similar situation and he recommended Dr. Antoszyk. He said he had checked and found him to be the best. I made an appointment and have been very pleased that I chose Dr Antoszyk.

I needed an expert to look into a new problem and his exam was thorough but he was personable and answered all my questions. I have a multitude of eye issues from cataracts at birth and on - he was not phased at all by what he saw in the eyes. If you need a retina dr. He is a great one.

Dr Antoszyk was concerned about a right eye issue and cautiously had some additional testing done. His own eye inspections were efficient and he provided feedback on what he saw. I am glad he is handling my issue.

Dr. Antoszyk is very personable and knowledgeable. He was thorough in his testing to accuratly diagnose the issue and spent the time to explain the issue without using overwhelming jargon. I was misdiagnosed at Metrolina Eye Associates (who thought I had mCNV) but Dr. Antoszyk and his staff quickly identified the actual diagnosis as ocular histoplasmosis sydnrome. Do not get upset if your appointment takes 2 - 3 hours to complete! Keep in mind Dr. Antoszyk's practice will on occasion have patients with emergencies that will effect his schedule. I was there with my husband. Everything that was done today was done within the office while we were there. All of the employees including the Doctor and staff was so very helpful, nice, polite, respectful and friendly. We spent all day there and it was a pleasant way to spend the day. We were told what was going on and what is needed to help with the vision. The doctor also gave us an idea of how much it would cost to get the procedures done. The doctor also told of of a couple of things that we need to get done to help ourselves with the cost of the bill and medicines. Friendly atmosphere right from entering. Staff was personable and caring. The doctor was outstanding ! I refused to go back to the specialist in Huntersville so my doctor sent me to Dr. Antoszyk. Great mannerism, caring, informative and efficient. Thank goodness I found this doctor. I can't say enough good about him.

Dr. Antoszyk has been taking care of me for the past 15 years. I wouldn't ever consider changing doctors because Dr. Antoszyk is an excellent doctor and has taken excellent care of my eyes and vision! Would highly recommend him!!

Dr. Antoszyk was by far the rudest, most pompous doctor I have seen for my eye issues. He did not introduce himself, stared at the computer the entire time he was examining ‘me’ and did not answer any questions I had. If you want to follow a doctor ‘blindly’ he’s your man. If you have intelligent questions and want to be informed about your issues and options, find someone who will take the time to involve you in your care.

My husband was so pleased with Dr. Antoszyk's vitrectomy work on his right eye, he immediately requested the same procedure for his left eye. Pretty big endorsement from a guy who doesn't like to go to a doctor in the first place.

Displays professionalism at all times;is patient and is always ready to answer any questions and concerns I have had about the progress of my condition. I absolutely trust him to be my advocate and provide the best care available for me and to introduce any new innovations which might affect my vision. He is honest and straight forward ,always cheerful and upbeat and displays a sense of humor which makes even receiving a needle in the eye (as part of my treatment, of course) not so bad.

Dr A has been my Doctor for years and he is truly the best, He is caring and has worked to keep me seeing well with my DME His staff is also wonderful and knowledgeable.
