Dr. Doorman was an excellent surgeon. My surgery was perfect. Nevertheless he was very professional to my needs and being diabetic for over 40 years. He helped me feel great and confident. The staff are excellent. I love this doctor and I know he is one of a kind. Thank you Dr. Doorman for what you did for me back on June 2018.

Him and his office worked very hard to get me what I needed and were all incredibly friendly. He answered all of my questions and walked me through all the steps for the procedure to ensure I understood completely. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Dr. Doerman is a great doctor with fantastic bedside manor. His sense of humor is perfect and just right to put you at ease with whatever you are going through. He can sympathize with concerns and lets you know that you are in good hands and you can relax and trust him and his staff to take care of you in everything! Recommend him for sure. Everyday I regret going to him for very personal body problem. Didn’t make it better but made it more noticeable and increased my self consciousness about it. I wish l had found a more competent surgeon. I will have it fixed at great expense to me. I would not recommend.

Initially I was thinking that Dr. Doermann was lacking personality. I WAS WRONG! He Is an amazing surgeon! He is VERY HONEST and direct .. which I really appreciate. If he doesn’t know why something is happening he says! If it’s gonna hurt, he says so! He has a great sense of humor too, which really was helpful with dealing with such an emotional and stressful surgery . Again most importantly he does AMAZING WORK and he truly ares about his patience.

I leave one star for lack of a negative option. I had more than one surgery by this man, all with horrible results. From personal experience, I consider him to be incompetent and a bully. My advice is don't walk away from this Dr., RUN!!!

Still a patient of his for the moment. In the short time I have been a patient of his I notice very little empathy or personality from him. Although I suppose personality doesn't say much about his medical skills I'd think when you are dealing with the worries that come with cancer patients and reconstruction having a caring demeanor would be helpful. I had concerns about infection and poor healing and felt I was brushed off. My breast has black dying skin and open sores - hope he can fix it
