Went to see the dr over a month ago. She was supposedly scheduling me a brain scan, of all things… I have YET to receive anything about it. She’s hard to get hold of, appointments are far and few in between.. I had to go elsewhere for the third time with this office.

No stars. I'm so sorry to write this review. I had the worst experience with this office. The former Dr was amazing, however he retired and all of his clients were referred to this new Dr. I can't believe it's open to the public. The lobby was not clean and looks like 2nd hand furniture was haphazardly set in place. The staff was nice but one of them had 3 inch blue nails, with a few missing. Not good. They are not properly equipped to perform a simple ear wax removal, in terms of staff or utensils. The heavy handed nurse attempted 7-8 times to remove the wax. She had now proper etiquette, talking loudly about not having a certain tool, or cotton balls and settling for what was there. She acted as if this was the first time she or the assistant had worked together. My ear hurt worse than when I went in, and it's still hurting. I hear a constant pulsing. I tried to call the office and the voicemail was full!! Why would a Dr's office not receive calls or at least have an emergency answering service? Perhaps it was full of complaints. I can finally breathe again. After a lifetime of horrible sinus problems and constant sinus infections, Dr. Williams has given me the relief many other doctors were not able to. She is a kind and caring doctor with a wealth of knowledge. My recovery time was minimal and I did not experience any pain. I am finally healed and can be more productive at work and at home. Dr. Williams is skilled, but does not run a good practice. Hearing test equipment was defective and billing was horrible. They sent a bill every month for four months after I had paid the full amount. From other reviews, this does not seem to be an accident. BH

I went in for a consultation and was given an appointment. I was advised not to eat before my procedure. When I arrived I was advised there were people before me. When I asked when I would be seen, I was told to wait. I advised them my sugar had dropped to 48. They told me I there was no need for me not to eat. I advised that my instructions were no food after midnight. I was told that I could wait and had some crackers but they were be closing a hour or so. I cancelled and left. I will choose another doctor. The staff stated that the front desk didn't have anything to do with the procedure and what I was advised about the preop. I definitely will never go back. This place has the air of a low-cost health clinic. I made an appointment with one provider, and saw a different one; no explanation provided. When leaving, the credit card machine wasn't working, and instead of asking if I would like to schedule a follow-up, they handed me an appointment card for a future date and time that I had not agreed to. Apparently, this is a floating office in a sense, as they are only at this location four days a month. I'm not sure how someone could expect to get quality care when only having access to a provider a few days a month. This place has the air of a low-cost health clinic. Dr. Williams is fine, but her staff (especially the Billing dept) is totally incompetent. I made payments every single month after my balloon sinuplasty and I got a call from a weird collection agency saying that I had not paid my bill and Dr. Williams’ office turned me in to collections! The man I spoke to several times could not fathom why I was so upset and said this sort of thing happened from time to time. After that debacle, her Billing dept started withdrawing money twice a month.

Very nice doctor but in my opinion, she doesn't know what she's doing. She recommended a procedure that I found out a few years later wasn't even related to my issues; and her procedure was all a waste of time and money. I absolutely would not recommend if any serious concerns; I would recommend a 2nd and 3rd opinion for sure.

Dr Williams sees myself and my kids and is an amazing doctor. She is very patient and caring. She goes above and beyond for her patients and will answer any and all questions that you have. I highly recommend Dr Williams for all ENT & sinus needs!!

In August 2017, I took my 93 year old mother to see Dr. Andrea Williams. My mother had accumulated so much ear wax in both ears that I couldn’t communicate with her. Since my mother has dementia, she refused to sit still and allow medical personnel to remove her ear wax . Dr. Williams was the third ENT I contacted on behalf of my mother. I found the other two physicians somewhat patronizing due to my mother’s dementia and age. Dr. Williams was a breath of fresh air. Of the three physicians, she was the only physician to devise a creative solution to my mother’s fear – sedate her at home one hour before the office procedure to remove the wax. Dr. Williams is a gifted clinician and problem solver. Thanks to Dr. Williams, my mother can hear again – both with and without her hearing aids. She is wonderful. She came recommended to me for my daughter and I have since recommended her to others who have used her. Staff is friendly as well!

on jan. 9 2018 Dr. Williams performed a sinus balloon procedure at first I was so nervous but after talking with her she explained everything in detail she put my mind at ease. I would recommend Dr. Williams to anyone great person to deal with Thank You

Dr. Williams is very caring and listens to your concerns. She will not stop until she pinpoints your exact issue and come up with a resolution. I had to been to several sinus doctors, and had two surgeries prior to seeing her. She was the only doctor that showed concern and worked to develop a plan that would resolve my issues. She is easy to talk to. She doesn't mind answering questions. And she will show you things in detail to help you understand what's on! Excellent doctor!

Never. I made a big mistake going to this office thinking I would get medical care by a Doctor. Had to go to immediate care clinic the following day with blood in ear and throat problem not diagnosed.

Just awful. Everything from the filthy office with dangerous plumbing stains all over the ceiling to the incompetence of the office staff to the doctor herself. Incredibly lacking in knowledge and compassion. HORRIBLE attitude and bedside manner. Does not like to be asked questions or to admit when she does not know something. Will never go back there or recommend.

I made an appointment to see Dr Williams but was told after a period of time that I should have stated that I wanted to see her! Duh? Dr ANDREA WILLIAMS, billed me and MEDICARE as follows: CHARGES: $ 905.00 PAYMENTS FROM MEDICARE: $ 783.51 PAYMENT FROM ME: $ 70.00 DAY OF VISIT 02-16-2016 Now, 04-05-2016, Dr ANDREA WILLIAMS sends me a bill for $ 51.49! TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, I NEVER MET DR WILLIAMS!

My experience with DR. Williams took place at Carolina surgical center in Rockhill SC where the nurses at all personal were awesome. I was supposed to arrive at 9:45 which I did and the process automatically being in timely fashion. After paper work and billing was done I was took to the back and being the surgery process. My nurse Christiana was awesome and made me and my family feel very at home. The surgery process also went well.

I was having a lot of trouble with my sinuses and she did a thorough evaluation on me and checked me for allergies. My nose and sinus passages were blocked and she dilated them in the office with the sinus balloon and fixed my septum. The procedure was not uncomfortable and I was able to return to work in 2 days. I am breathing so much better and my facial pressure has gotten better. I feel so much better. I am currently receiving shots for my allergies and that too is going well.
