Dr. Andrea Stebel

When I felt something on my breast I went in panic mode. I called Doctor Stebel, and she was just amazing! I was seen in her office in a very short time after my phone call. During the visit she was precise, accurate, calm and very kind. She answered to all my questions and she listened to my story carefully. I was scared but she calm me down. After the visit, she ordered more tests , and the results showed no cancer . I'll definitely go to her if needed of a follow up, and I highly recommend her.

Dr. Stebel is an amazing oncologist. In addition to always staying on the cutting edge of all the latest research, treatments and therapies, she is so caring and compassionate, and really makes her patients feel they are in good hands! With her concierge practice format, she is very easy to reach and generous with her time, which means a lot when dealing with something like cancer. She truly cares and considers each patients individual needs and concerns. Dr. Stebel will get you through it all with ease and knows how to make the process as easy and low stress as possible. Dr. Stebel is an amazing, caring person as well as a stellar medical professional. She really cares about you as a person, not just a patient, which unfortunately is rare. I have been seeing Dr. Stebel for many years, and she has always gone above and beyond my expectations, both as a medical professional and also as a caring human being. Not only is she well-educated and compassionate, she is on top of the most current procedures, including genetic testing. I had this done because of a history of breast cancer in my family. She is extremely accessible and answers all of my questions thoroughly. For those of you who cannot even get through the telephone prompts to speak to your doctor, I would highly recommend this doctor who actually answers the phone herself and is willing and able to schedule an appointment with speed and flexibility. I am very thankful I found Dr. Stebel. I did not have a good experience with my first oncologist for the first year of my cancer journey. With Dr. Stebel, all of my concerns are addressed and she gives me the one thing I truly needed, which is empathy. I feel confident in her expertise and knowledge with breast cancer.

Dr. Stebel is an extremely knowledgeable, smart, compassionate, caring oncologist who I recommend most highly. She was such a calming influence when I was initially diagnosed and even saw me for the first time the same day I was diagnosed and called her (even though it was New Year’s Eve 4 pm!!) She gave me excellent treatment recommendations and a referral to a highly competent surgeon. My post-surgery treatment for the past 7 years has been top-notch and I appreciate that she tailors her treatment to each individual case. She sincerely cares and is a major advocate for your care. She is an asset to her profession and if you need to treat with her, consider yourself very fortunate.

I just completed my last chemo and couldn't be happier with the care and constant follow up Dr Stebel provided throughout my journey. You talk to others along the way, patients, feedback on other's care, etc. but none compared to the care and responsiveness Dr Stebel provided. My gold standard when asking others for a referral in the past was always...who would you refer your loved one to? I can confidentially say Dr Stebel is one I now would without hesitation. Dr. Stebel was very helpful with solving a problem that I was having with a medication.

Dr. Stebel is a wonderful oncologist. She is compassionate and knowledgeable in cutting edge diagnosis and treatment. She saw me within a day of calling her office and immediately began all the necessary testing. I feel very fortunate to have found her and be under great care!

Upon learning of my breast cancer, many things ran through my head along with a high level of anxiety. I transitioned all that into a mission to find the best oncologist to join me in my battle. I knew the challenges that lay ahead were like no other so I wanted an oncologist who I could place my confidence in yet create a strong patient/physician relationship. I found that in Dr Stebel. I was anxious because my new insurance didn’t become effective until the 1st of the month and I wanted to be seen as soon as possible after that date since I had seen another oncologist and I wasn’t happy with their treatment plan. She really knows her field and stays on top of all of the latest developments, and treats her patients as human beings, focusing on the best treatment for each individual case along with focusing on quality of life during and after treatment. Worst doctor I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. We were set up to meet the entire team . The radiation dr, the surgeon and the geneticist were all amazing Dr. Stebel saw us last and said to us - “everyone else should have ansewered your questions so I won’t be taking any questions.
