The office manager Fayetta was amazing she called me and personally made an appointment for me to get my rectified, after miscommunication from a prior visit. The nurse practitioner who did my exam was very informative and gentle during the procedure. The medical assistant that did my intake was also very pleasant. I had a good experience overall this time.

If you are looking for a physician that shows an interest, and takes the time to answer your questions and/or address your health concerns during a visit, then I can confidently say Dr. Randell is not for you. She is not interested in what ails you, and she certainly isn’t interested in helping you feel your best/be healthier. Almost the entire time she was in the exam room, she was poised near the door with her laptop- ready to bolt. She rushed the entire visit, was not responsive to the concerns of her patient, and then didn’t make the small adjustments to prescriptions (which she recommended). She ordered tests/further exams, and never bother to look at the results. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone. Follow up visit. Dr Randell is very in tune with my health needs and explains things very well.

I have been going to Dr. Randall for a number of years and she is always extremely thorough listens and provides medical answers to my questions.

My visit was good, Dr. Randell seems to really care about my well being and has my best health interest as her focus.

Only saw this woman once. She didn't listen to me at all. I explained my need for the medically necessary name-brand drug (which is more expensive). Not only did she ignore me, but when I got home I got an e-mail which said she ordered the generic. I am changing doctors. If I could give her a rating of zero stars, I would.

Dr. Randell always take her time to listen and answer all my worries and concerns. She details an explain my treatment carefully until I have everything clear. She is on top of all my medical needs.

I am a patient of Dr. Randell. She has been my primary physician for a very long time. I really love that she is very knowledgeable and shows excellent care concerning any medical questions I may have. She is a great physician. And her bedside manner is the best!!!

All of my visits to Dr. Randell are fulfilled with very little wait time and she attends to my medical needs to keep me healthy. She’s been my primary since 1989.

Dr Randell has been my physician for almost 20 years and every visit has been nothing short of the best care I could want from a doctor. She is engaging and direct always asking questions to fill in the big picture on my situation. My last visit needed more comfort than care and she helped me leave the office with a smile and a brighter outlook. In addition I had finished my in town business early and got to the office two hours before my appointment. Surprisingly I was called within 10 minutes. Doctor Randell and her staff got me in and I was able to accomplish more with the rest of my day.

Dr. Randell is a very knowledgeable doctor. She always provides me with the best referrals to specialists whenever needed. She has been my primary care physician for almost 20 years. It is a real comfort to know that I have a doctor that I can count on for whatever I may need.

The facility is very clean. The reception area is spacious and the administrators at check-in are very courteous, helpful and efficient. Dr. Randell's nurse, Sandra was very knowledgeable and courteous. Dr. Randell came to the patient room within 2 minutes and asked pertinent and in-depth questions, read my latest blood work report and health date to me, made a diagnoses and made a health plan, detailed my action steps for compliance and healing. I am completely satisfied with the doctor–patient relationship and the care I receive.

Dr Randell is through, personable and friendly. She keeps timely appointments and follows up as needed.

It is extremely difficult to get a return call from anyone in the office even after several attempts. Andre Randall got my FMLA paperwork incorrect after I have just spoken with her about my condition in length during my appointment and having been treated by her for it for 10 years. After finding out that I needed her to fill out FMLA paperwork she became hesitant and referred me elsewhere for continued treatment. I have even caught her nurse in outright lies.

Dr. Randell is thorough and she breaks down medical information to make it easy to understand. She is an outstanding physician.

Dr Randell listens to you. She is interested in what you are saying and does not ignore your concerns. Appointments are on time, you are not kept waiting. Her staff are nice, efficient and friendly. The entire office visit experience is pleasant from beginning to end!

Dr. Randell takes the time to listen and has shown that we are taking a team approach to my health care. She did a review of the meds I am currently taking and a follow-up of an issue of bone density. I was able to both reduce my medications and maintain a much better outcome than expected. Dr. Randell always takes as much time as necessary to explain her diagnosis, proposed tests or procedures in terms that are easily understood. She listens patiently to concerns and provides appropriate guidance. Highly recommend Dr. Randell.

If there was less than 1 star I would have given it to this doctor. My mom who is 77 years old has had UTI for 2weeks(which my family didn’t know),went to see this doctor by foot. When she made it to the office she explained her problem to the front office clerk who warned her about unknown waiting time. So my mom waited for over 2 hours and finally clerk told her that the doctor would not see her today because she was done for that day and that my mom needs to go to ER. What normal human being,I’m not even saying DOCTOR would let elderly lady go back without at least making sure she OK not having AMS (altered mental status is common in older people with UTI).This doctor has no compassion and absolutely cares less for her parents. I've been very happy with Dr. Randell. She is responsive to whatever issues or questions I have. The office is well-run and I never have to wait more than a few minutes after my scheduled appointment time.

If Dr. Randell ever leave I don’t know what I will do. She has always been their for me. And I bring her and her staff some goodies at times, and I go to the cake shop and surprise the staff ??

I have been a patient of Dr Randell for many years. She is a great doctor. She takes her time talking and listening to you with all your concerns. She takes special care to have tests done when necessary and advises recommendations for your conditions that greatly help in your healing.

Thank goodness I moved away from Tallahassee and now have a new primary care doctor. This woman was my primary care doctor since I was a junior in high school. After 6 years, I never met her, not even once. I made at least 10 appointments with her in those 6 years, and every single one of them were cancelled because she was on "vacation" (is she ever actually there?). I don't know how it goes for other patients, but I was never able to rely on her to be there for me when I was sick or injured. I expressed my concern to Capital Regional about this multiple times and the mystery of why I was never able to keep an appointment with her was never solved. The ONLY reason I stayed was because of Pam Garcia and Dr. Lakshmin, neither of which are still with Capital Regional, unfortunately. Capital Regional is still a great place in my opinion. Very good doctor, and i am super critical Intellegebt, knowledgeable, ab she listens. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Randell always listens to what I ask her about health concerns. She takes time to talk to me, make suggestions, and discuss alternatives.

I've been a patient of Dr. Randell 14 years or more. She is a great and caring doctor. She takes her time to explain things that you don't understand. Dr. Randell shows compassion and do what she can to assist you. I'll recommend her to my friends, family and anyone who needs someone who really cares.

Really poor bedside manner. Recently my husband was admitted to hospital because of neck pain so severe that he couldn't turn his head from side to side and to even to raise up off the bed or out of a chair was excruciating. The first morning that Dr. Randall comes by to check on him, I asked her how she came to be the Dr to see him when his primary was Dr. Murphy, she replied that she was the on call Dr. for Dr. Murphy. She asked my husband what brought him to the hospital and then went on to say that she didn't understand why he was even admitted in the first place since they couldn't find anything wrong with him. Her demeanor was less than warm and what she stated should have been said to the doctor who actually admitted him from emergency. My husband didn't admit himself. I suggested my husband consider changing his primary if this is who was to be on call for him. Apparently his primary doesn't do hospitals. It gets worst in my opinion before it gets better but is too much to tell in this forum. Just be prepared to strike back because to us, she appeared to have a means streak and apparently our impression of her is not uncommon or isolated. Really poor bedside manner. It is difficult to get a scheduled appointment, and then when you actually get an appointment, she routinely cancels the appointment.

Unresponsive office. I phoned Dr. Randell's office during office hours on a Monday morning. The message system stated I would receive a call back. No call back was received. I phoned again Tuesday morning and afternoon, and again did not receive a call back. Finally went to the Urgent Care facility. Dr. Randell's office managed to return my phone call late Wednesday afternoon after I had already sought help from the Urgent Care Facility. Each time I called, I got an answering machine.
