Horrible surgeon! All she had to do was a simple reduction after a rather small lumpectomy on my FF breasts & she mutilated me! She also left me waiting in the exam room for over an hour on follow up visits. I saw how I was healing, which was terrible, & she seemed to think it was fine...well it wasn't. I decided to not return to her office because there was no way I was letting her touch me ever again, so I waited until I was healed & sought out another plastic surgeon to fix the mess she left.

Dr. Pusic is not only an amazing surgeon/doctor but an amazing person. She has great bedside mannner, knowledge, aand treats me as a whole person, not just some number or procedure. I would recommend S r. Pusic yo all breast cancer patient who apt for either immediate or delayed reconstruction. I canmot thank her enough. Rating is much higher than 5 stars in my mind. Worth going into NYC

Dr Pusic performed the 1st step of my breast reconstruction surgery. I have been pleased with the end result, impressing even the surgeon who performed my mastectomy. She explained the options concisely and answered all my questions while treating me with respect and concern. The doctor and nursing staff provide information I can trust. Aside from my initial consultation (where I had to wait for hours), appointments are close to schedule. I trust her ability to complete my reconstruction.

Dr Pusic is an EXCELLENT surgeon--highly skilled with a great bedside manner. Manages expectations and answers questions with clarity & professionalism. The only issue I had was that on several visits the wait was over an hour--which I understood--I believe Dr. Pusic gives each patient however much time needed. I'd have preferred that the staff proactively update me on her schedule when the doctor was running late instead of leaving the examination room in a bathrobe to get a status.
