Dr. Kittrell and her staff are professional and caring. Attentive to my concerns no matter how small they may have been. Assured me that I would be okay before, during and well after my surgery. I love Dr. Andrea's bedside manner.

This is another DR.'s office that the doctor is great but the office staff is lacking. On the day of my appt, the staff was unable to schedule an appt for am MRI of my sinuses. A week later I call them since i had not heard anything. My MRI appt has been reschedule twice already because the authorization from the ins and the notes from the Dr were not sent over. I left a vmail again to this office but did not get a response. I called today and was told the paperwork was sent over on the 3 of Nov for an MRI that was scheduled for 26 Oct, then 29 Oct and now 11 Nov. The ins had their authorization to the MRI office by 29 Oct. If the Dr.'s office had their notes sent over by the 29th I could have had this done already. I wish I could share a photo update. Dr. Kittrell and her wonderful staff here in Lynchburg changed our life! My son was diagnosed at birth with a severe posterior tongue tie and lip tie, making feeding in any form practically impossible. After convincing our pediatrician to Finally send out a referral we got into Dr. Kittrell. She released my sons ties, diagnosing him with a grade 4 posterior tie and a lip tie. The day of She numbed up my son so well, he had never experienced any pain in his life up to this point so I was a nervous wreck as we went through this. The staff was all very reassuring, even navigating through the very early COVID fears at the time. They numbed him well which was the worst part for him As I heard a little cry when they gave the numbing shot, and waited about an hour so the numbing took full effect and then they took him into the next room to do the procedure. He didn’t cry a bit and was as comfortable as could be the entire time. They brought him back to me and Dr. Kittrell immediately showed us how to do the tongue stretches and how often preparing us for the next part. The staff was so supportive and available, they helped answer all of our questions and we were given frequent follow ups through the recovery process. The support we received and care given we cannot thank them enough. My son will be turning 11 months old now and you’d never know he had ever had any ties at all. The doctor is nice. The office is super SLOW. They do not have good follow up. Be sure to stay on top of them or you will be forgotten. Update: The follow-up at this office is terrible. The office worker said she would call me back related to following up and they didn't. Then, I called and they said that they never tell patients that they will call back......what? One of my best experiences at any Dr.’s office. Super staff, painless process and procedure. They accepted my run on diatribes also. Dr. was extremely thorough. I highly recommend this office and I rarely give a review.

Provided a diagnosis and recommendation for my daughter. She talked with her made her feel comfortable. My daughter and my nephew got the help they needed. Very satisfied with visits, surgery, and follow ups as needed.

Takes great time to explain everything and answer questions. She's seen both of my kids and shes excellent. I would highly recommend Dr. Kittrell.

Dr. Kittrell and staff have treated my daughter as if she is family from the first phone call to schedule an appointment. They took immediate action to correct her broken nose scheduling surgery the next day. Dr. Kittrell talked to us in length before and after surgery which made the process so much easier for a very concerned mom. A heartfelt and sincere thank you to you and your wonderful and thoughtful team.
