At first, we really liked Dr. Denis. We did not feel rushed and he always took the time to answer our questions. In our initial consultation, he gave us hope after 1.5 years of trying with no success. Three egg retrievals later, we had two viable embryos. In our debrief with him, he stated, "I am confident you have one child between these two embryos." Though we know IVF is not a guarantee, we made life-altering decisions based on his confidence. Fast forward and there is no baby. When I reminded him of his comment, he got defensive and said "Well, this is just biology rearing it's ugly head." He took no responsibility for misrepresenting our chances of having a child with him. We trusted him to be our guide through this process and instead feel like we were filled with false hope. $70,000 later, we will take our business elsewhere. This is the tip of the iceberg of the issues we had, but exemplifies the immense failures of communication in the practice.

Very knowledgeable, and patient enough to share that knowledge as deeply as you want to go. Made it through on the first round with this excellent practice.

Dr. Denis truly is the best. He was patient and listened which doesn't happen in my experience. I thank him for helping get my baby girl.

Dr. Denis provided my husband and I with a thorough, clear plan regarding our infertility. He helped provide answers to us in a scientific but empathetic way. He was extremely warm, welcoming, and always available for questions. I do not think I would have felt as comfortable throughout this difficult time without Dr. Denis and his amazing nurses and staff.
