I had Dr. Sonpatki at Advanced Healthcare Skilled Nursing Facility and I can’t tell you how impressed I was/am with his kind caring demeanor and bedside manner. He’s a soft spoken good listener and seems to really care about how you are feeling. I would recommend him in a heartbeat ????. As I was leaving the facility the transport driver recognized him as his father’s former doctor and only because his patient has since passed and Dr. Sonpatki recognized him as the patients son. I think that even though the patient has been gone for awhile he still remembered his son is amazing. The patient was with him for at least four years and in this town finding a doctor you like is really hard. I love him and you will too. He doesn't appreciate patient's concerns. Poor attitude. I would avoid.

Dr. Sonpatki oversaw the care of my loved one at St. Rose. He was caring, compassionate and willing to take the time to listen to our concerns and answer any questions. Great bedside manner.

Totally cavalier and dismissive attitude. Is not thorough. Doesn’t bother returning calls or answering questions.

I found the doctor very easy to work with and he explained the things we needed to do. He consulted with other doctors when necessary. He was my medical doctor while I was in a skilled nursing rehab facility.

Last year on June 13th, after having a knee replacement, my after care was handed over to this man. I suffered a seizure which my daughter witnessed because he failed to check my sodium level which had dropped dangerously after surgery. I was literally dying in front of my daughter because he and the nurses on staff didn't respond to my daughter's urgent pleas. Disgraceful and criminal. She still cries when a thought comes to mind about how I looked and behaved while having a seizure.

Terrible Doctor. He let my father go to rehab without any tests and he was back at the hospital very next day with pneumonia. Every doctor and nurse who saw him said he was in no condition to go to rehab because he had heart failure, fluid in lungs and kidney failure. He passed away a week later. When we decided to take him off life support the next day, he came in asked "Is there any reason for you to take him off life support tomorrow instead of today".

Very terrible. He allowed my mother's sodium to reach a level so low that she had a seizure in the hospital. He knew it was below normal at 4:00 A.M. All he would have had to do was re-check it, and he would have seen it was not improving. At 6:30 P.M. she had the seizure.
