Dr. Patni is seriously one of the best doctors around. In this day and age not many doctors will personally call you back by the end of the day when you have a serious concern. I also don`t feel intimidated or less than when talking to her like with other doctors. I feel heard. I am so blessed to have found her.

Dr Patni is kind, caring and very efficient. She is very thorough in her examinations. She was so easy to speak to and ask questions to. Her office return calls quickly.

She is a great doctor! So humble and nice. I like that she returns your call when you leave messages and offers both options to speak over the phone depending on the reason or to come to the clinic! Lack of cleanliness. Dirty place. Dr patni is not knowledgeable as well

Dr. Patni is friendly and very knowledgeable. She is my PCP for last 6 years and all my family members go to her. Office staff is excellent. Easy to get appointment.

Dr Patni is very knowledgeable and she takes time to explain things and the visit didn’t feel rushed. Always try to fit me in their busy schedule. Very professional and friendly atmosphere.

I moved to Baldwin about two years ago and me and my whole family chose Dr Patni as our PCP and we are very happy with her, she always return our calls even if it's not office hours, I recommend Dr Patni without any hesitation.

Dr. Patni gave me incorrect information, failed to diagnose me with PCOS and is impersonal. A few years ago I took many test because of issues I had. Last year I asked Dr. Patni specifically if I had PCOS because my symptoms match the illness. She told me no. This month I went to a gyno who confirmed I do have it. After I told her she suggested a medication that would treat my symptoms but not my underlying condition. The medication was one that I took before and it made me sick but I'm assuming she didn't write that down in her notes. She's mistaken me for another patient twice, so I'm not surprised. She said she was not able to diagnose me years ago because she doesn't preform sonograms. She then, while flipping though her nearly empty notes and stammering over her words, incorrectly recalled recommending me to a gyno. She actually recommended me to an immunologist years ago who also could not diagnose me. The people at the front desk are nice and there is a Wonderful nurse but Dr. Patni ruined my experience. doctor listened too my complaints and tool time to answer them she also gave me a diet plan and my blood sugar and cholesterol levels have greatly improved since.

Dr. Patni is the best Doctor I have ever come across in my 20 years. She is so caring and her bedside manner makes you feel totally at ease. You never feel rushed with her. I am so glad to have found her Highly recommended.

I've been a patient of Dr. Patni for last five years, She is my primary doctor and when it came time for my annual exam on my very first visit, I felt more comfortable with a female doctor. Dr. Patni was extremely thorough and patient. She is also very pleasant. She asked a long list of questions about my medical history, and recommended the appropriate blood work for preventive measures. Phlebotomist was also really nice and gentle with the needle Other office Staff is also very friendly ,h

Dr Patni has been my doctor for over 7 years. She is very thorough, listens and answers questions patiently, knowledgeable. Excellent doctor. She really cares about you and will take the time to listen and consider what you say. Office staff is excellent also.
