Always very professional.

Dr. Cardenas was excellent with me today. I was in a breakout of atopic dermatitis. Very missable. I called them today to have a message sent to the Doctor. She called me right back and had me come in within hours. Took a lot of time with me. I been going to her for awhile but the services I received today feel really good. She took time with me and talked with me about everything. Great doctor!

The staff in the front could certainly use some improvement. The clerk that checks you out isn’t so great either. But once you get past them the nurses in the back and Dr. Cardenas are wonderful. Dr. Cardenas and her nurses are very caring. Dr. Cardenas took time to explain everything to me. She checked my whole body then removed a couple of spots that were suspicious. I was surprised how painless it was. My advice is ignore the girls in the front office. Dr. Cardenas is in my opinion a very good doctor The staff in the front could certainly use some improvement. I have seen Dr. Cardenas or one of the PAs over the last few years as well as my husband. I was shocked to see the reviews on here. We have had nothing but excellent service. I love her and her staff. Everyone was so sweet and caring. It does take too long to get appointment, but lots of patients make it hard for them to get us in sooner, they have to sleep and eat. I seen the PA-C Tonya for my last visit and Dr Cardenas took the time to stop in and check on me and my crazy allergic rash. I felt like they cared very much about me and my issue. Cardenas is the nicest and most friendly doctor I have ever been to. After going to her for 5 years, she has always listened to me and taken her time with me. Try to book with Cardenas!

Dr. Cardenas is a great dermatologist, she being my daughter doctor for 12yrs. She is awesome she has help my daughter over the years. I went to Dr. Cardenas for 15 years and always had to wait because she was "running behind". I always felt she was in a hurry. I made my last appointment with her 6 months in advance for 8:15 am. I was taken back to the exam room and was still not seen by 9:15. I don't think she was even there so I left. No one called to reschedule me let alone to apoIogize so I am moving on. When I went in to pick up my medical records, I noticed a sign that said "If you are 15 minutes late, we will have to reschedule you" How rich is that?

I was referred by my doctor to see Dr. Cardenas and I waited for over a month to see her because the person who booked the appointment told me that the doctor was not available until then. I finally went after a month’s wait and I had to wait for over an hour at the office just to see a PA not doctor herself. I wish I read the review before I chose to make appointment. That seemed to be the general complaint with this office. I’m not unhappy with the PA I saw but I think this doctor office needs to inform the patient that the one whom you make appointment with will not the one you’re going to see. I've been seeing Dr. Cardenas for approx 5 yrs now and she and her staff have been very helpful and professional. Dr. Cardenas is very personable, thorough, and cares about my dermatology health. She has worked hard to diagnose and treat my issues. She and her staff take care of prescription logistics, and I have nothing but grest things to say about her and her staff. Just calling to make an appointment was a horrible experience, I wouldn't give them business if you have other options.

No stars. This clinic does not deserve any. It may be new and clean but urghh their system stinks! Each visit of which just a waste of time then they charge $40 and ask for unnecessary lab work! They beat around the bush for money!!

I do NOT recommend this office. Most patients are seen by a PA than the actual doctor, despite requests. Glad switched offices and now seen by an actual board certified dermatologist for a change. There's comfort in knowing that.

Been a patient for over 5 years & have terrific insurance. I am told I need to pay upfront for items my insurance covers 100% & bill myself? No! This is not how a Professional Dermatology Office works. I called another Dermatologist locally & this issue is not an issue there. Dr Cardenas is great. I’m lucky I found her. Besides going there myself ,I already referred my 2 landladies. My care was excellent and I will be back because as I was taught by this great Dr it’s about maintenance.

I had sutures on my back removed by a medical assistant with no supervision. The surgical wound opened because it was too soon to remove the sutures. No one other than the medical assistant looked at the suture site before or after the procedure. The medical assistant put a Band-Aid on the corner of the wound that was opened. Soon the entire wound opened. It took more than six months for the now un-sutured wound to heal and I have an ugly scar on my back.

Probably the worst place for dermatology or any sort of medical treatment. If I were to need a dermatologist in the future, I'd rather have my skin deteriorate until I disintegrate completely. If they had 0 stars option, I would have chosen that. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WASTE TIME AND MONEY.

I am very impressed with dr Cardenas. She is so caring, answers all my questions, and doesn't seem to rush me out of my appointment. My only complaint is that she seems to run late, very late. The only consolation is that she spends the necessary time with me when it's my turn.

We are never going to this office again. Last visit, it took us an hour and fifty minutes to be seen by the nurse practitioner. This time, we called ahead to make sure there would be no delay, and we were told there would be no issue and that everything would be on time, but unfortunately we were forced to wait in the patient's room for about thirty-five minutes, so we left.

I waited in a cold room for 2 hours. When I came out the doctor and staff were gone to lunch. They had forgotten me.

I have dealt with this medical office before and found them to be very rude. I think the doctor thinks she's too big and important to be seeing many of the patient so you're always handed down to somebody else. I just got with a new Medical Group and the doctor referred me to Dr. Cardenas and just trying to get my referral to go through with them over the phone they're so rude I called my doctor and said send me somewhere else I don't even want to deal with them. Very well done exam rooms with comfortable chairs and clean atmosphere. Dr. Cardenas is very personable and passionate about her work. She also gives a wide range of treatment options to allow you to make the best decision for yourself.

The lady in the front was catty, unhelpful & uninformed. When I finally got in to see someone, she didn't seem very knowledgeable, nor experienced- as she was just a physician's assistant. When I showed her what I was ailed with, she exclaimed "wow". I'm 99% sure there isn't supposed to be any "wow"s, "oh"s or anything of the like coming from a physician's mouth.
