Dr Zippay was compassionate and understanding. I would recommend anyone to use her service. Staff was courteous and friendly. And punctual-short to no wait time once I was checked in.

My husband Glenn and I have both been patients at Signature Orthopedics over the past 12 months. We both had appointments with Dr Zippay. The office staff is friendly, caring and courteous. Our visits with Dr Zippay were outstanding. She listens, gives you the time and attention needed. Her diagnosis and treatment plan were explained clearly. She helped to relieve the pain we had lived with for months and are so grateful.

I had my first dealing with Dr. Zippay yesterday for a hip injection. I had one some years ago by another doctor that was quite painful so I was nervous. Her nurse brought be back to the procedure room early & was extremely compassionate & made me feel comfortable. Dr. Zippay came in the procedure room, introduced herself & explained in detail everything she was doing. I had very little discomfort from the procedure! They both were professional & concerned about my pain. I look forward to a relationship with Dr. Zippay & her staff for future issues I have with chronic pain.

She is amazing, listens, very patient, and very personable. When doing injections she takes cues from the patient to determine how slow or fast to go. She doesn't mind if you need to take a breather. She's very professional and kowledgeabel as well. Her assistant and office staff are amazing as well. They remember you and past situations you may have mentioned they remember on your future visits.

Attention-detailed and genuine, Dr. Amy Zippay is one of the best physicians out there. She treats acute injury and pain well but also excels at preventative care. Highly recommend!

Waiting room wait 10min. Inside office wait 15 min. Explanation as to what Dr. Zippay was going to do - understandable. Injection procedure - the doctor takes her time, is sensitive to my issue. I appreciate that.

I saw Dr. Zippay for pain in my lower back hip thigh and knee. She is so thorough, professional, yet approachable. She explained my situation, using the x-rays to point out areas of concern. She clearly described my options as well as her recommendation. I just love her!

I saw Dr. Zippay yesterday. We reviewed my X-rays & decided an epidural spinal injection would be done. The procedure went well with little discomfort, & I was on my way soon after. I do feel better today.

Outstanding doctor. I was very comfortable, she listened to my concerns and involved me in my treatment plan. I felt like she truly cared for my health and well being instead of just a number on a chart. I live in St James, an hour and a half away, and she was well worth the drive.

Dr. Zippay took time to listen and then explain. That in itself was worth the visit. Then she gave me a path forward to with an actual diagnosis and reason for my pain. One visit and I'm sold on Dr. Zippay. I would definitely recommend her.
