Dr. Amy Balettie Winter

I would not recommend this provider or office. The new office manager is unprofessional and rude. It is nearly impossible to have staff return your call or schedule an appointment. The provider, Dr. Winter, was condescending after I questioned her at a follow up visit. I received multiple bills after having to go back for a procedure twice because it was not done correctly the first time. I had multiple infections and was on multiple antibiotics. I went somewhere else locally for a second opinion. I could not have been happier. I would not recommend Dr. Winter or Foot Healers to any family or friends.

Came in limping left out strutting! Amy and her staff were very nice, made me feel quite comfortable in that pleasant atmosphere. It felt as if i was a relative. She was very helpful and even addressed other issues and the causes. I'm definitely recommending others to her. She really made my day!

Am very happy and feel satisfied with the way the staff and Dr Winter took care of me as a new patient. I was impressed with the professionalism in her assistant that got the information on my condition and X-Rays, I really like the way Dr Winter talked to me and explained my problem and what the options are going forth.

Everyone very friendly! Quick and helpful care!

Staff is very friendly and Dr. Winters was nice and informative. I was very happy with my visit.

Dr Winter got right down to it quickly and made my situation with my toe seem like not as big of a deal as I thought it would making me feel much better and had it fixed and out of there in less than 45 min

The staff was very helpful during my visit. Dr. Winter did a wonderful in helping during my visit. Great job to everyone!

I was very impressed with the detail provided during my visit. Dr. Winter took a lot of time reviewing my issues and provided more options than I expected. I look forward to receiving treatment recommendations after testing is completed. Highly recommend.

Dr. Winter is very knowledgeable and is very caring. Had seen another podiatrist for this problem for two in office procedures; am believing her treatment of this foot problem will address it for the final time.

What an amazing office. Every person in the office was friendly and helpful. I did not feel like I was rushed through. Dr. Winter took the time to clearly explain what she thought was wrong, what the plan of action was and even slowly carefully explained how to correctly put my brace and boot on. Amazing office visit!!!

Dr. Winter is wonderful! I had gone to a podiatrist two weeks prior and wasn't happy w/the visit and the doctor, so I asked my PCP to recommend one for me and she sent me to Dr. Winter's. I only wished I would've gone sooner after my fall. She spent a great deal on my foot and explaining things to me in complete detailed. She's extremely good at her job and really cares about her patients. I will always recommend her and if I ever hurt my foot (again)she's the first person I would go to. Dr. Winter is wonderful! As usual, Dr. Winter was quick and efficient. Best podiatrist I have ever had!

The best. The most pleasurable and professional experience. I would drive clear across town and past any other location just to attend this one, and I do. It’s worth it. The staff and service is exceptional.

I had to wait about ten minutes to be seen, this was the first time this ever happened. I do understand, my entire visit was about twenty two minutes. I received great care and spent less than twenty five minutes for my entire visit... Thank you Amy and staff.

New tech Simone was very friendly and took great care in trimming my nails. Dr. Winter is always very congenial, caring and professional. I have recommended her to many people. My cousin is a podiatrist but I won't switch.
