My two appointments with Dr Walsh were informative, but brief and I felt rushed out. After X-rays and MRI, I was making my decision as to how to proceed with the proposed plan but several things interfered: 1) Office staff charged me a co-pay for X-rays, and my insurance subsequently paid them at 100%. 2) When questioned, the office staff said that it would take a week or so to be refunded. 3) Dr Walsh said that my insurance would not cover the orthotics that she suggested, but I found out myself that my insurance covers at 80%. It pays to be your own advocate. You can draw your own conclusions about this practice.

Having problems with my heel. Dr Walsh diagnosed my problem my 1st visit. She set a treatment plan for me and let me know what to expect. She was spot on, and has relieved my pain. After year of pain I’m certainly on the right path. Thank you Dr. Walsh!

initially visited the office for a consultation due to an ingrown toenail. I accepted an appointment at their Tomball location and met with Dr. Amy Walsh she recommended that I have my toenail removed. After two weeks, I didn’t notice any improvement and the pain continued but to avoid potentially being exposed to Covid-19 by visiting the office again I tried soaking my toe until I decided to give the office a call. Dr. Fiala noticed parts of my nail still intact and causing pressure and infection which was causing my continued discomfort. Fast forward to almost a month later and my toe is still left untreated. I am a self-pay patient and $250 per surgery is not affordable for my family especially during this pandemic. I called the office and was told I would get a call back. This was 2 weeks ago and I have yet to hear from anyone. It’s getting pretty chilly outside and I can’t even get my foot in a closed toe shoe for work. I am so miserable ??

I've been a patient of Dr Walsh for over 10 years. She's the best podiatrist I've been to-- very gentle, concerned and caring. I keep going back for all my foot problems no matter how big or small.

Dr. Walsh is awesome! My foot had been bugging me for months, and she has gotten it better.

I saw Dr. Walsh for bad blisters on my toes from my athletic shoes. I even brought new shoes with me to ask her opinion if they were right for me to wear. She has a very kind and caring disposition and explained things to me in an easy to understand manner. She even noticed another issue with my feet and recommended that I discuss this with my cardiologist. Her staff were also very nice and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Dr. Walsh and this practice.

First visit ever to a podiatrist. Dr Walsh and her assistant were attentive, informative and very helpful in making my situation understandable. Highly recommend for treatment of heel pain. Already feeling relief the next day after Plan A treatment. Returning in 3 weeks for next phase needed. Their Covid19 protocols are 100% reassuring, this coming from a retired professional nurse that evaluated infection control during my nursing career.

Dr Walsh said she didn't think I could handle her doing surgery on my feet. I went to the NIRP Dr in Sugarland where they did the Doppler study on my legs and found circulation and pulse on both feet are great. No plaque or any problems. She said I'm ok for surgery.

Dr Walsh has very steady hands and I never felt her digging for a shard of glass or trimming a few toenails. I trust her skills after years of curing my foot problems--plantar fasciitis, hammertoes and bunions.

diagnosed a ganglion cyst on top of left foot! Also, She tried to work on my callous's on my left foot. Gave me a toe cushion support to wear to prevent my toe from rubbing on the top of my shoe but I found it too uncomfortable to wear!

It was unprofessional Dr. Walsh is very rude, has poor bedside manners, didn’t listen carefully to my concerns, and didn’t answer my questions properly, she gave me an injection for planters fasciitis, and hurt me even to the point of screaming. She appeared to be angry, and in a hurry. It was almost 5:00 pm and her staff was rushing me out the room as I sat there trying to take hold of my composure due to the pain she had enforced in me. Needless to say the next day I couldn’t step on the foot she had injected. Will not recommend her or go back to see her. She is not a good listener

Dr. Walsh has been helping me with various problems for nearly ten years. She always takes time to understand my problem and offer a custom solution for me. Most importantly, I always feel that she is trying to do what is best for my health, not simply what my insurance company might pay for.

Went to a different podiatrist whose only solution was to mask the pain and wear a splint every night. Decided to get a second opinion. After steroid shots...significantly improved!!!! Now working on fixing the rest of it.

Dr. Walsh is amazing, she did my bunion surgery back in 2011 never again had a problem with my foot. Getting ready to have my other foot done soon. Dr. Walsh care and listen to her patients concerns. She always goes beyond to try to make her patients feel better soon.

Fast sign-in, thorough examination and diagnosis. Dr. Walsh was easy to speak with. She gave me an injection for inflammation and I was pain free in 1 day after months of pain. Highly recommend Dr. Walsh or any other doctor in this group. Very professional in every aspect of the office and doctor/patient experience.

The wait was not long. The office staff and assistants were helpful and friendly. Dr. Walsh was caring, friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. She listened to everything that was going on with me and I was very satisfied with the approach we would take to rid me of my pain. I felt very comfortable and confident with Dr.Walsh and would recommend her to anyone having foot problems.

Dr. Walsh was knowledgeable but lacked empathy and compassion. She was very direct in our visit. I wouldn’t recommend her if you are concern about your injury

The Tomball staff was very encouraging and upbeat from the time I walked through the door. Took tops 10 mins to complete paper work so the wait was remarkably short to my surprise. Really was impressed that X-rays were taken in house right then so the dr had them when she came in for my consult. Dr. Walsh is very knowledgable in her field, but most importantly compassionate. Loved her bedside manner and the options she suggested since I've never dealt with plantars pain. Very impressed with the steroid injection on the spot so able to save yet another co-pay charged. All in all, a very pleasant experience and close to my home! I highly recommend her!!!!

Completed paper work ahead of visit so my wait was short. Liked that tech took X-ray so the doctor had them when she came in for consultation. I also liked the various options Dr Walsh presented-the least invasive option of an anti-inflammatory has been quite effective.

Dr. Walsh examined my foot and reviewed x-rays with me. She asked questions and decided on a treatment plan. She gave me an injection in a careful, comforting way. My foot is better. She advised me on what shoes to wear in my home to give my feet better support.

Dr Walsh was very kind and informative to me at my appointment. I came in with questions and she answered them in detail and then gave me options to fix my problem. My plan is to go ahead and have surgery thanks to her making me feel informed and comfortable with that decision. Thank you also for the hug, I really appreciated it. ?? I don't want to forget the office staff at the Tomball office who were all lovely and welcoming. Thank you all.

Dr. Walsh has been right with diagnosis and treatment of several conditions on my left foot.

My first time to see a podiatrist! Never thought I would need one. I went in with pain when walking, left with no pain at all! Was scared it would hurt to get the pain gone, but NO! I am very happy to come back a couple times a year to not have pain. Thank you Dr Walsh!

Dr. Walsh has cared for my father for several years and most recently for me. I have always found her to be attentive, caring and thorough. I would highly recommend her if you are having any trouble with your feet!

Dr Walsh performed bunion surgery in which led to a non union fracture. 10 months later after dealing with the pain she caused I had a orthopedic surgeon correct her mistake. Choose someone else for bunion surgery.

I liked the gals at reception -very friendly & helpful. Richard’s personality was kind & Caring in his questioning & X-ray taking. Dr. Walsh’s examination was quite different than Dr. Moore’s in that She actually looked, touched & asked questions! I’ve Prayed Non-stop she would see the issue & start the long & painful process of restoring my Feet, Ankles & Legs to start working properly again. I have been reading about Neuropathy, 99% sure. She agreed. I feel death painfully close.

She did an EXCELLENT job.

She came highly recommend and I was pleased with her. Seemed a little tense and super professional which is fine . Smile and relax more Amy Walsh . See ya again soon

Very nice lady, listened to my concerns and addressed them! I haven't touched the floor with my toes in a year, one visit and I'm already walking better and touching the ground properly! Great friendly staff! Definitely recommend!

Dr. Walsh is an incredible Podiatrist! 5 stars all the way! She is very knowledgeable, professional and has a great bedside manner. I had two bunions removed with great results, and would not dream of going anywhere else. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Walsh is an amazing surgeon with wonderful bedside manner. I had 2 bunions on each of my feet that were causing me a lot of pain and also made me so self conscious to wear sandals or go barefoot. My first appointment was a consultation with X-rays followed by Dr. Walsh's treatment suggestion. She was very knowledgable and gave several options including custom orthotic shoe inserts, pain management, and surgical intervention. I decided to undergo surgery on both feet (6 weeks apart). Surgery was done at an outpatient surgery center and my foot was so numb I didn't feel anything for 2 days! Pain after that was minimal, and I was back to work a week later. My feet both healed quickly and my scars were beautiful- practically invisible within a year. I'm now back to running and have zero pain issues. So thankful that I found Dr. Walsh!! Called as a new patient and gave detailed personal and insurance information to the office.. Had to wait two weeks for the appointment. When I arrived, I was told they could not take my school district employee health insurance, but they would be happy for me to pay cash for the appointment otherwise, they would not see me. When I asked why they did not confirm this when I made the appointment, the receptionist said she didn't know. Dr. Walsh is a great podiatrist with great bedside manner. I have seen Dr. Walsh for ingrown toenails, and have been pleased with her service.
