For Amy Sarkie- I do not normally write reviews but this experience was extremely disheartening. I went in to have a few items checked out and our appointment lasted less than 6 minutes. Believe me I noted the time stamp on my parking meter. She was over the top dismissive of my concerns and would not give me the time of day. The last straw was when I specially asked what treatment options there are for acne scars or discoloration she said.. wait for it “There are NONE”. As you can imagine I was quite shocked and confused by her response. I pushed the topic a bit she finally bent and told me there are treatments but discouraged me to seek them out due to their cost, when I said cost was not a deterrent she than decided to explain the pain factor. She wrote down an OTC body wash on a piece of paper than sent me on my way. As a woman of color I felt disregarded and totally disrespected. She should feel ashamed of herself for exhibiting discrimination and bias in her lack of care. Please do better.
