Mrs. Amy Mccarthy

I just want to get the shout to doctor McCarthy in her office especially Sheri. Doctor McCarthy has been my sister's Doctor for over 9 years. We were having a issue at our house today. Originally the call was about my sister. And sheri asked me if my doctor was taking care of my issue. I thought wow what great customer service.

I have been a patient of Dr. McCarthy for years and I she has always given such compassionate care, with any/all of my health needs. I appreciate her professionalism and kindness. She is an excellent physician.

When you call there collen is always very rude but Love McCarthy

Love Dr. McCarthy. Always answers questions, does not over order on testing, listens to me and genuinely cares.

Nice lady with limited time per patient. Understandable by me. Especially during these trying times. Always willing to listen and respond. Friendly staff that will often laugh at my dumb jokes. Dr. will respond promptly to email requests from pharmacy for refills. Therefore not requiring another office visit. I recommend as a GP, Doctor.

I love Dr. McCarthy she is wonderful. Her staff is good at listening when they take you in but always in a bit of a hurry. The front desk staff were nice one time when I was bit by a dog. The rest of the times I have been there in the last 2 yrs they have been rude and in a hurry.

Worst experience ever. The office was freezing cold and they made us wait over an hour with our infant newborns. Not a single patient was in the waiting room, just us. Then we waited in the back room for another 30 min where they had us strip down our newborns in freezing temperatures for again... Over an hour because it took that long to measure and weigh them and then wait for the doctor. She then rushed through us, didn't ask any important questions and told me that if I didn't get the hang of breastfeeding in two weeks then to quit! Then had us do bloodwork on one of them. So we walked over to their lab where we waited for 45 min for the note from the doctor to the lab on what bloodwork he needed. So our babies are now starving, cold, and one has been poked twice! And to pour salt on the wound... When we got the bill (at this point had already found a MUCH better pediatrician office) they not only spelt my name wrong but didn't link my children to me so it showed that they didn't have insurance! Not that it would have mattered because they can't spell either way. So it's three months later and I'm still trying to get them to get this one bill sent correctly! I can't say enough about how awful our whole experience was. Please don't take your babies to this horribly ran office. Worst experience ever. Dr. McCarthy has been my family doctor for many years, I take my children to her now. She is caring, compassionate, and I completely trust her care for myself and my children.

We've taken our 3 kids to McCarthy for the last 6 years. Absolutely love her, and her staff. We are moving soon, and I am more than willing to travel the extra miles to continue seeing her. Good docs are hard to find.

Excellent physician , I've had her as a doctor for over 20years .

Dr. Amy McCarthy was very unfriendly & rude. I had 2 serious health issues that needed to be addressed & she spent about 4 minutes with me, never once greeted me or asked if I had questions or discussed anything with me & just walked out the door & never returned. I have never experienced a Dr. so callous .
