I was totally pleased with the visit with Dr. Lobrano. She was very receptive to my questions and replied with very complete answers. I was totally impressed with her knowledge and of course she is a very beautiful young lady....

Dr.Lobrano was very thoughtful and positive with me.. She went through the steps needed to explain my situation , and made me feel at ease. I would certainly recommend her..

DO NOT TRUST! I was given a leathal amount of anesthesia, administered by, the 1st floor procedure department, namely by Dustin Trahan, and others, during the procedure—willing participated, in the malpractice. It made me really ill, and further damaged my physical health. Dr. Lobrano was well aware of it all! In addition, to the malpractice, they fraudulently billed my insurance for 2 procedures, and only 1 procedure was done! DO NOT TRUST Them!! Sorcery & withcraft “channeling” provoked this against me, at this facility!!

Dr Labrano has been caring for me for years. She’s extremely patient with me and extremely honest. She was part of a care team that literally saved my life Back on 2012.

I had new patient appointment yesterday. My GI history is complicated. Dr Lobrano reviewed my history and recorded it herself after repeating it back to me to be certain it was correct. She reviewed my meds and surgical history then scheduled appropriate testing. She was friendly, professional and supportive. I am very thankful to have found her and would recommend her without hesitation.

I was referred to Dr. Lobrano by my Oncologist. She was very knowledgeable and explained to me what I'm experiencing. I have a procedure at.the end of the month to find out what is causing it.

Only saw her 1x. But she was very cordial, thorough in getting all the background & knowledgeable in treatment options.

I have had routine exams by dr Lobrano and have been very pleased with her and staff and definitely would recommend her ??

Dr Lobrano is a very caring and compassionate doctor. She does run late with appointments but once she is in your room she does not rush through the appointment. She gives you plenty of time to answer the questions and makes sure you understand her plan of treatment. Also I loved the fact that she took the time to review my previous visits with her first and then asked what brought me in that day.

Dr. Lobrano LISTENS! She understood my concerns and ran tests accordingly. I highly recommend consulting with her regarding gastric issues. She has a gentle approach with bedside manner.

Dr. Labrano is always kind. She takes time to hear your concerns and makes sure that you are thoroughly informed about your issue. I’ve been under her care for several years now and I’m satisfied.

My visit was awesome; the staff was remarkable; It took only one stick to administer my IV, always a problem; they provided a blanket noting that it’s cold in the surgical room; In the surgical room I was made very comfortable, the anesthesiologist provided music of my choice, very relaxing with small talk conversation, the attending nurse was nice as well. Dr. Lobrano came in reassuring me everything is gonna be fine; the next 20 seconds I was out; treated me well in recovery too; self assured I was in good hands. Thanks to the entire staff: good job. ??

From The moment my name was called to go to the back I was made to feel so comfortable. Everyone was professional and down to earth. Every time something was to be done to me it was first explained in detail. I especially loved my anesthesiologist! My test results were good and I will see you guys again in 10 years. Dr. Lobrano has treated me since I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease in 2007. She is an amazing doctor. She is knowlable, thorough to the max, and CARING! She knows my health issues and concerns and always works with my other doctors. I can't say enough about her!

Dr. Lobrano is direct, no non sense, and professional in her manner. If it had not been her with whom I had spoken, I may well have not had the endoscopy, and instead worried about the possible test results. I am so very grateful to her for her helping me decide to have the test

Although Dr. Lobrano has been pleasant and knowledgeable, I’ve spent over $1500 with no relief or real answers for my husband’s GI issues. He has only been prescribed a medicine to take every morning. Still having just as much issues as before and we are looking into other avenues to find him some relief. Continue to call him for appointments to talk about things that get him nowhere and really don’t want to pay more money for no answers. Also paid over $600 up front for his scope and was told we needed to pay an additional $500-600 day of scope which was incorrect. Thankfully another front desk staff member noticed the other staff member was wrong. However, I’m still receiving bills in the mail for an additional $600+ for tests/procedures that left us with no answers. They are also very hard to get in contact with. The nurse is almost always busy so it’s easy to miss a call back. As usual,my procedure was completed without any problems. Dr Lobrano was informative before and after the procedure. The facility implemented all Covid19 guidelines.

Last year I had a Colonoscopy and had 16 polyps. Well now, she advises me to see her yearly to keep a close eye on this condition. I really appreciate this. I would appreciate, however, in future that they would have a process of checking on patient's wait time before seeing the doctor. I waited over an hour before being seen. The problem this posed for me was that I took off unpaid time from work. So financially this caused problems for my pay as well as being back on work to do my job. If they could devise a system whereby if patients waited more than 15 or 20 mins., to notify registration clerks then maybe this would expedite the process. I think she AWESOME

Dr. Lobrano is very meticulous and precise, thorough with her care of her patients. She takes put time not only to talk to her patients but to the family as well. She makes me, the patient the focal.point of her care.

We have seen Dr. Lobrano for at least 8 years. She is thorough, matter-of-fact, helpful. Didn't have much interaction with office staff this visit, but in the past, her nurse has been wonderful. The office is pretty good. They are very efficient in some ways; however, I had to wait for over 30 minutes past my appointment time before I was called back and was in the exam room for almost an hour after that before the doctor came in. That's excessive. Also, I asked when making the appointment if I had to be there early since they all try to sneak that in with the reminder call. I was told maybe 5 or 10 minutes for paperwork. When the reminder call came, it told me to be there 30 minutes early. Offices need to make the appointment for the time they want you there. I make appointments for a specific time, and I schedule my day around that. (Almost all medical offices seem to do this now, and it needs to change.)

Dr. Labrano is the best. She takes time to address whatever is going on with you and discuss it in depth with you. She also allows you the time to ask questions if you need to. I would recommend her to anytime.

She found out what my problem was when others could not. My body makes to much Bad bacteria. She diagnosed it correctly and had a plan to get it straight.

It was to be worn for 24 hours. I was not comfortable with the procedure and asked if we could try something different. She saved my life. It was almost 10 yrs ago & I will always be forever grateful. So many drs told me my illness was all in my head, if I would just take the psych meds I'd be ok. In truth, I was suffering from a little known condition called Gastroparesis. My stomach was paralyzed. I couldn't eat anything. She sent me to Tulane where I got my gastric pacer, & my life back. Thank you Dr. Amy!
