Dr. Lai is amazing! My first experience was several years ago when I had deep wax buildup in one ear. She preserved until she cleared it! I see her annually for checkups and cleaning. She has my highest recommendation and appreciation. She is also one of the nicest people you’ll ever have for a doctor.
