I feel Dr Kelley is very caring.

Dr. Kelley is kind and personable. She listens to what your saying in order to help you. She will make referrals to a specialist if it seems appropriate, but only with your approval.

Like most people, I don’t look forward to going to the doctor. However, I recently had my annual physical and couldn’t help but notice how every member of the staff goes out of their way to make it a pleasant experience. I feel that they show care for me as a person and not just as a patient. Dr. Kelley is the best!

This physician’s office is highly professional and caring. Dr. Amy Kelley is willing to listen and then answer any questions in a very caring manner that is understandable and complete. I have a great deal of trust and confidence in Dr. Kelley and would highly recommend her and her staff.

I have been seeing Dr. Kelley for about 20 years and she consistently has listened and responded to my medical needs. My adult daughter is now her patient, and she and her excellent staff responded to an immediate need and we are thankful. One of her nurses has been with her for more than 20 years, enough said!

First visit as a new patient was very pleasant. Dr. Kelley listened to all my concerns & made me feel very comfortable. She came up with a health care plan and even followed up the same day to review some test results.

Dr. Kelley has not only helped me stay healthy, but she has also treated my parents, my husband, my son, and my grandsons. We value her knowledge and meticulous approach to medical issues. She is smart and consistently problem solves the various medical issues we bring to her. She does all this in a friendly, collaborative, approachable manner. Her ready smile and can-do attitude are contagious. Her office is efficiently managed. Her staff has been with her for years - because she's that terrific! Appreciate her genuine kindness and professionalism. She is the BEST!!

I personally see Dr.Stephine and she is always so patient and caring when I have a medical issue. Answers her on call line personally after hours and the front desk and nurses are always nice and upbeat. Would recommend them to anyone needing help with mental health, health issues, or looking for a primary physician.

Dr. Kelley is my primary care doctor. I moved to central Ohio from California and had to start all over with new doctors. Dr. Kelley is wonderful: professional, caring, personable and attentive to my medical needs. I am much more satisfied with Dr. Kelley's overall care than I have been with any prior physician, and I have several serious medical issues to deal with.

Dr. Kelley and her staff are always so helpful and make each appointment a priority. You are not just a number. There enthusiasm and care goes beyond. I always remember taking my mother to Dr. Kelley and she would hold my mothers hand and ask how she was feeling.

I recently posted a low review for this office because of how they have treated my wife, who is now a former patient, and it appears to have been removed. My wife, a patient in this office for years, was suddenly given a notice of discharge with no explanation or discussion just two days after an office visit, which has left my wife feeling devastated and abandoned as the provider had only just made multiple referrals to specialists, and now my wife is left in the middle of a major work-up with only 30 days to find a replacement primary care physician. Additionally, my calls to discuss the issue with the office manager were initially ignored! Eventually, they offered to schedule an appointment within the 30-day transfer time, but I had to clarify the nature of this appointment and it turns out the provider was unwilling to discuss or reconsider the discharge even if we we came in to the office--clearly our time would be better spent looking for a new primary care physician. Very frustrated with the unprofessional nature of how this whole situation has been handled--unwillingness to reconsider given the major work-up my wife is currently going through, ignoring/not returning phone calls, not offering any assistance to transfer my wife to another provider within network, deleting my reviews... I'm posting on behalf of my wife who has seen Dr. Nichols as her primary care physician for years, but is devastated at the fact that Dr. Nichols just sent her a notification of discharge a few days ago. We had just been in the office two days prior to the date on the discharge letter, and Dr. Nichols acted friendly and committed to continuing to help my wife navigate a complicated chronic health situation. I, like my wife, am shocked that Dr. Nichols would suddenly end a several year doctor-patient relationship two days after pretending to be committed to helping my wife try to find wellness. Of course a physician can retain the right to discharge a patient, but after so many years it feels like quite a loss. Also, the discharge letter was completely generic, impersonal, and gave no cause--which just adds an element of insensitivity and disregard for the years of care my wife received at this office. I would caution anyone considering this office, or at least Dr. Nichols as a provider, to be aware that you could be suddenly dropped as a patient even after years. I would have thought that "do no harm" would also apply to the relational-emotional dimensions of life as well as the physical, but not in this office.
