Dr Grace was wondereful but her office staff & some of the nurses need help

If I could give a million stars to Dr. Grace and her staff I would!! The most down to earth Dr. I have ever come across! She actually whole heartedly cares about her patients and their families! My kids and I have been her patient for 20 years now, and will continue for many many more to come. Tina is the BEST when it comes to taking blood draws. I cringe at the thought, but I'm so relaxed with Tina. Pam and Teddy have your back when it comes to scheduling appointments or getting messages to Dr. Grace. And the other staff is always super friendly, caring, and kind as well. More Drs. should follow the practices of Dr. Grace and her staff. Dr. Grace has been my primary for several years. She has an easy, collaborative approach with her patients. She pays attention to details, responds to patient concerns and questions, and makes referrals when appropriate. I've been totally satisfied with the way she follows up. Her staff are always welcoming, helpful and friendly. The whole experience is patient centered. Wait times are very reasonable, and appointments don't feel rushed. Do you enjoy waiting 45 minutes to see the doctor? Then Bassett Health is the right place for you. Do you enjoy watching elderly, ill people refused appointments because they were 10 minutes late? Then Bassett Health is for you. Dr. Grace is an good physician. The office policies however are draconian. You may wait for an hour, but the office staff will rudely refuse you care if you aren't 15 minutes early.
