Very professional and clean environment. Everyone there was super nice.

Great experience! Everyone was super nice and it's a clean office which is a major thing for me. The DR is amazing and very informative. All the nurses were polite and took their time with me and didn't rush with anything. It felt homie ♡ love this place.

They forgot about me left me inside an office for 1 hour and half. If I dont go ask the nurse . when I'm going to see the doctor I would have be left for longer.

Lovely facility, super clean, and everyone that works there is incredibly helpful and sweet. Cannot recommend enough.

Doctors and nurses were all great. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. But we are still not allowed to have our partner come in for ultrasound viewings. Really wish things were back to normal.

Dr. Flick and her staff are all very kind, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Flick is compassionate and knowledgeable. I love her care! Wonderful place!

The office staff and doctor were very nice and knowledgeable. I felt safe at this clinic, they took many safety precautions for COVID-19.

When you visit a doctor and you have tons of questions to ask, this is the doctor to go specially because we cared for the baby’s well being. She explained and took the time to even advise. Love the fact that she was not rushing to get to the next patient.

This place is the place that brings peace to my pregnancy. Dr. Flick and the team are so well prepared to guide pregnant women of all ages including the risk ones. The office is clean. I liked that they take Covid precautions. The person who took my vitals gave me my follow up appointment and was able to accommodate it to my busy working schedule. The ultrasound tech was caring and sweet. The doctor explained the results and risks clearly and provided education and advices. Overall I had a good experience. The office is clean. I had my first appointment with Dr. Flick at Pembroke Perinatal this week and I must say my visit from start to finish was very pleasing! The entire staff from check in to the doctor were very nice and welcoming! I live an hour away, but this is definitely worth the drive! If you are looking for a good informative perinatologist as well as a good experience and kind staff please give Pembroke Perinatal a try! Any spec of nervousness I possessed was cleared when I met the Pembroke Perinatal center. The receptionist was very warm and welcoming while providing clear instruction. The office manager Lisa, who also performed my ultrasound was very thorough from beginning to end and was sure to explain every detail. Dr. Flick was awesome! She cleared my concerns and ensured me not only herself, but her team would be there every step of the way. Thank you so much! Dr. Flick was amazing. In today’s day and age it’s hard to find good physicians that care and actually take the time. She was so nice and put all my worries at ease. She also went above and beyond to explain things. So happy I got to meet her and that she will be with me through this journey. She is truly great

The technicians and office staff here are nice. Dr. Romary is nice, but obviously does not have the authority to do what needs to be done in all cases. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. You are risking your child/ren's life/s. Dr. Amy Flick who is the senior doctor here is a terrible doctor and frankly should lose her license. She should not be caring for patients, especially those who are carrying another life. DO NOT ALLOW HER TO DO TO YOU WHAT SHE DID TO ME. I was pregnant with twins, ultrasounds showed that I had a very short cervix, (2.2 cm initially and shortened to 2 cm). Dr. Romary, seemed to think that a pessary - which is used to support the cervix - was necessary, but had to wait on Dr Flick to make the call to insert it or not. On seeing Dr. Flick, she told me I did not need the pessary. Now I have found out that she LIED on my medical records saying that I refused it. Dr. Flick told me, that it was not necessary and then LIED on my records. I didn't even get the progesterone shots that persons can get if they are at risk of premature labor. I got no precautionary measures at all. None. I was laying in my bed one afternoon, when one of my membranes ruptured prematurely - which now I know was bound to happen with a short cervix and no aid - and I ended up in the hospital. For 4 days Dr. Flick was called multiple times per day, every day and she kept saying she was coming and never showed up. For 4 days, Dr. Flick could not find 5 minutes to come and assess a patient. As she kept saying she was going to get there soon... no other perinatologist saw me. One would have been assigned if she would have just said she is not coming. On the 4th day, she was called and asked if I could walk to the bathroom.... even though she had not seen me, or have not assessed me, she made the call over the phone for me to walk to the bathroom. This decision for me to get out of bed pushed me into full labor. I gave birth to my twins at 6 months. One lived for 2 days, the other for 11 days. Up until now, 5 months later, neither doctors or anyone at this office have called to say anything to me. Not to find out how I am doing... NOTHING... This is a terrible place. My hope is that she does not continue to do this to people and that no one has to go through what I went through and is still going through. The technicians and office staff here are nice. Very professional all the team that attended to me and Dr. Amy Flick very kind answered all my questions I recommend it 100%.

Talk about being comfortable and leaving without any doubt and every question being answered & never feeling rushed at all!! Dr.flick is the one to see! I absolutely adore her and her patience. Being a first time mom I’ve been nothing but nervous but after seeing her I left feeling better than ever!!

I saw Dr. Flick for my last pregnancy as a high risk patient with incompetent cervix & high blood pressure. I’m back seeing her for my previous pregnancy. She is professional, caring and takes her time with you. Always answer all questions I have and explains with a detailed answer. The office staff, techs and nurses are all great! New, clean office!

They took care of me in a timely manner, Everyone was so friendly and professional at the office. I would definitely recommend them!!
