The office phone lines were ALWAYS busy and it would ALWAYS send you to a voicemail- after leaving messages, it may 2-3 days before they returned your call. Your refill would never be filled on the correct date. You will never talk to an actual care provider- they will either give you the run around or put you on hold, or send you to voicemail. Also, there has been complaints that Dr. Diamond gives some people getting referrals for surgery so that there insurance will pay the actual patient-

I have horrible reactions to medications. Doctor Diamond was really the first one to take the time to help treat me. She goes above and beyond when treating me. She is always there for me when I call and calms my fears when trying new medications. She just has a way about her. Like a family member chatting with you. Has no issue with LISTENING and truly cares what her patients think. Very professional and her office runs like clock work. She's highly recommended.
