The day we came in there was an accident on hey. I appreciate how the staff took it upon themselves to offer drinks/snacks. Dr Hegazi is ver y kind and the office is clean and organized.

The best doctor I ever seen. He explain details I dint expect. he took time to make me understand that my situation wasn’t something to worry about. Although he also took my health situation very serious. He is such nice doctor, I definitely recommend him.

Long line to check in at the Frederick office with just one young lady at the front desk. There should be more than one person to help the many patients.

Dr. Hegazi has an amazing bedside manner. He is very kind and thorough. He will spend as much time with you as needed and takes time to answer all your questions. The nursing staff at the Mt. Airy office ( the one I go to ) is also A mazing. Very kind and helpful.

I have been seeing Dr. Hegazi for several years to monitor my red blood count. The office staff is very punctual and courteous. Dr. Hegazi takes time to review the results of my blood test and answers my questions thoroughly.

My lasy appointment I was having trouble getting out of my truck, and there was a young Office associate person coming up the hill to go into the Office, she stopped and asked me if I needed any help. That made my day, but this is just the way this whole organization operates. Been to many medical offices and this one seems to be one of my best experiences. From making an appointment, through the whole process, getting my results in real time plus the follow up e-mail if just great. I normally do not give Medical groups a very high rating but this one I feels is at least a 5 star rating.

I like Dr Hegazi and his staff. He and his staff are very thorough with your care. He most definitely keeps up on your blood work and how you are doing.

Dr. Hegazi is very thorough and concerned about my health. I will be undergoing an uncomfortable procedure soon. He has reassured me that I will be okay by explaining the procedure in detail and answering all my questions. I feel that he does an excellent job communicating with me.

I started to see Dr. Hegazi in 2012 for an immune blood issue- I moved away from the area to Arizona to be with family in 2019. All I can say is I miss this great person and Friend- all the staff - they where family. I am writing this as of 08/02/2021 and need his advice on some things- will be calling him and asking for his help- that's how much I love this man- He and the staff care, they cared for me and I know that.

I was referred Dr Hegazi when a bloodtest turned up an excessive amount of iron my body. He checked me out and explained the problem. Fortunately I am being monitored semiannually to insure the problem doesn't worsen.

He's always been very pleasant to speak with about my treatments, Laboratory results, and any other topic related to my health. I recommend him 100%.

I have been seeing Dr. Hegazi for over 6 years. I first met him when i was admitted to the hospital. He gave me straightforward information about my issue, and agreed to see me on a regular basis. He has been very cooperative in dealing with my particular circumstances. At the end of each office visit, he summarizes what we have discussed, and he give me an opportunity to ask questions. i feel very comfortable in his care.

Yes, I would recommend Dr. Hegazi to my family and friends. I have been with Dr. Hegazi since April, 2020 for treatment of return of breast cancer after 16 years. He has been very through in his explanations of the treatment for my condition and seems to have passionate to his patients. His staff that I have met are very helpful and kind.

Dr Hegazi has been my oncologist for 15 years. He was right there for me and my family while I went through treatment for stage 3 colon cancer. He is still there providing annual follow up to closly monitor my condition

Dr.Hegazi was my oncology Doctor for the treatment of lung cancer in my right lung. he has taken charge from the very first day of all aspects of my treatment reviewing the radiation treatment and the surgery preformed as well. he has explained every step of the treatment process what to expect and what are the most likely outcomes.
