Did my heart cath for my Cardiologist who was out. Never introduced himself or spoke to me before, during the entire procedure or after. Pain was not controlled, nor was I asked if I had any. Obviously, if you don't speak to the patient, or even look at her, you won't know if they are in pain or have questions.
