Worst doctor I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Stereotyped me within 30 seconds bc I didn’t get a vaccine yet and asked if I know how many people died from Covid and then accused me of having a mask on too loosely. Did not listen and sent me to ER because she “doesn’t know me” and something could be ruptured with my stomach pain. VERY RUDE ! This doctor has no bedside manner whatsoever. I have no idea what just happened.

I wish I could give a good review, ultimately not a pleasant experience at all. First, I was told I wouldn't be given pain medication. I am not certain where that came from but very rude way to start a conversation especially when I am on NO pain medication. Second, I was prescribed the incorrect medication for my diabetes. After 4 days of the pharmacist attempting to contact this doctor, she finally responded with "Give her whatever you want". Third, it has been 5 weeks and my prior authorization still has not gone through, I am paying out of pocket for my prescription. The final blow and end to this madness with this doctor, as I will NOT return; my insurance was billed for diagnosis's I don't have. I was told this doctor was in network, which she is, but the billing was done incorrectly twice now. I'm done. I wish I could give a good review, ultimately not a pleasant experience at all. She shamed my daughter for breastfeeding her 16 month old son and threatened to call cps for molestation charges for BREASTFEEDING!

My pharmacy has been calling Dr. Narra's office for two weeks to approve refills. Office never responded to the pharmacy. I called her office and was told they never received not one call from CVS. I don't believe narra's office.

This doctor was rude and dismissive. I left the office still not understanding what was wrong with me nor confident in taking the medication she prescribed and she seemed unsure of her own diagnosis.

I had a massive allergic reaction to a vaccine given by this office. Had to use my Epi pen and go to ER by ambulance, then lost my hotel/home, again... She hasn't called back. Her office hasn't. Nor have they gotten the prior authorization done on my desperately needed meds either. I'm out of five MORE meds now due to this error. I was asked to make my own appointments with specialists... Most six months out. It's all just awful and dismissive and clearly medicine isn't medicine anymore. "Do no harm" means really do no harm to your job integrity. Great. I made an appointment with Dr.Narra when I had become ill and couldn't shake a cold/flu. Dr.Narra was incredibly rude to me during our visit. She raised her voice at me on 3 different occasions. She rolled her eyes when I couldn't help coughing when she was trying to look at my throat and kept asking me the same questions as if she wasn't listening to me. She ended my apt by storming out unprofessionally and I didn't see her again. her nurse came in. I'm just so shocked with my whole experience.
