Dr. Shah and his staff were very kind and caring during my visit. The nurses . Anna and Holly, answered all my questions about my procedure. My procedure was done on time. Lois, who administered the anesthesia, explained everything clearly. Dr. Shah also explained his findings clearly.

Facility was very clean. The staff was very friendly. Talked with Dr Shah before the procedure. He explained the procedure. Afterwards he explained what occurred.

My son has been going to Dr. Shah since 2018 and before today I would have said he was a great doctor who really cared about his patients. The man we saw today was not even a tiny resemblance to the Dr. my son loved. My son has so many health issues and his GI issues are just one of his many health issues. My son was asking questions trying to understand IBS and how it relates to the symptoms he is having. Dr. Shah was rude and dismissive. I asked about an over the counter medicine I recently heard about and he flew off the handle saying that he doesn't recommend it because it is expensive and we weren't even paying our bills to his practice for awhile. My son sees about 6 different doctors and the bills can be overwhelming at times but there was no value in that statement other than whatever satisfaction he felt from attacking one of his patient's finances. I don't know what happened to this Dr or how he became so cruel and uncaring but I can no longer recommend him.

Great doctor with tons of knowledge.

Routine colonoscopy, everything was explained well, all the staff was ready and worked well together, it was quick, painless and everyone was very friendly and professional.

He seemed like a pleasant enough man but my encounter with him was very brief. Went in for a colonoscopy. I saw him for less than five minutes after the procedure was over. Pretty much all he said was a polyp was removed, did not look cancerous but wait for biopsy results. The rest of the staff was awseome, very friendly, especially nurses Ashley & Holly. What bothered me the most about this experience was the Covid test. I was fine with taking one, totally understood the need for it, so prior to my procedure, I had one done on my own, thought I was being proactive. When speaking with the office a few days before my procedure, they reminded me I needed to get one done. Told them I already did and was told that the rapid test wasn't good enough and I had to have one done through their office. I had to take time off of work to go and have it done and they used THE EXACT SAME TEST. The rapid test is still a nasal swab which doesn't go as deep. Not understanding that at all.

Reasonably available appointment date/time. Very accomodating and friendly staff. Excellent "bedside manner" and review of procedure and results from Dr. Shah.

I had to have a colonoscopy prior to treatment for prostate cancer. They were able to get me in quickly. The whole staff and Dr. Shah were excellent about explaining everything and answered my questions...very professional and caring.

Great bedside manner. Kind, knowledgeable and explains things thoroughly. His nurses, Alicia and Ashley are fabulous!

Had my colonoscopy with Dr. Shah and the A-Team at Gi Partners. They were great. I got in-depth information on the why's, what's and how's of my procedure and very much felt like my care was important to them. Before the procedure, I received not only written but verbal instructions as well. At the time of the procedure, they made sure i was comfortable - well, as comfortable as a person can be having that done - and when it's time for my next one, I'll go back.

Dr. Shah's practice contacted me to schedule a 5 year colonoscopy follow-up. He and his staff were professional, friendly and efficient. The facilities were modern, clean and well-organized, and COVID protocols were followed. All staff members communicated clearly and thoroughly. I highly recommend Dr. Shah and his staff.

Dr. Shah is an excellent doctor. All visits and procedures have been positive. He is very thorough and has a great bedside manner. His whole staff is also great, including Alicia and Ashley. They are very friendly and explain procedures very well.

Terrible. He didn't follow up with my dad on the peg tube and now the is infected severely and they are talking hospice. My dad won't survive the surgery do to his negligence.

Dr. Shah and the staff at the Pepper Road facility were excellent. Both my husband and I recently had screening procedures. They took extra steps to ensure our safety during COVID which we really appreciate. The staff were awesome - Margie, Joan, Alicia, Lois explained everything about the procedures, made sure we understood and made the experience as fun and relaxed as could be. Thank you very much.

Staff was excellent. Professional and social with patients. Office was very clean and updated. Introduced themselves and provided good explanations with what was happening.

The entire staff was more friendly than you can imagine. Check-in was quick, even in this Covid environment. Wait time for my procedure was brief as the office called in advance to notify me they were running about 30 minutes behind schedule. Can't ask for a better G.I. experience!

I had a colonoscopy with Dr. Shah which was a positive experience. I felt welcome the moment I entered the practice. I was promptly attended to. The nurses I saw for the preparation to the procedure were all very friendly with a good sense of humor while being professional. They make you feel comfortable. All in all I was pleased with the whole event. Thank you.

Dr.Shaw in my opinion is the “go to “ person for gastric issues. Dr. Shaw and his staff at the Pepper rd. Facility, are really good at their work.

I went for my first screening Colonoscopy and the procedure was done by Dr. Shah. As soon as he walked into the room, he put you at ease and thoroughly explained the details of the procedure and answered my questions in plain English. Has excellent bedside manners. Dr. Shah stopped by after the procedure and once again explained in detail the findings. Highly recommend this Doctor.

I am so thankful that Dr. Shah and his staff took superior care of me today. Needless to say, the anticipation of these tests are stressful. Moira, Kathy, Lois, and Patty were so professional and meticulous, that they took my stress away. Team work made the dream work for me as a patient. My visit with Dr. Shah and the staff at Lake Barrington, were Wonderful! Very professional, and kind. I love Moira! :) She is an Angel, She was very kind and caring.She explained everything which helped me relax during the Prep and Recovery of my First Colonoscopy. Dr. Shah was Great! During appointments, I feel that Dr. Shah listens and he is easy to talk to. The Barrington office is clean and the staff is personable and friendly.

Dr. Shah was great. Personable, explained everything and answered any questions I had. The nursing staff there is great, especially Moira. Nurses like her are a benefit to have.

Office staff rude! Dr never has any open appointments! Obviously he’s way too busy. I would suggest someone else . Three months to get an appointment is ridiculous. Showed up for my appointment and the office had moved. No phone call or notification of this. Bad customer service. Rude staff!

Office was polite and efficient and scheduled my colonoscopy smoothly and also helped me navigate the morass of insurance lingo, regs, pre-certs, etc. Dr. Shah is a true professional and extremely competent.

Dr. Shah dismissed my symptoms (awful bowel movements for 7 days and pain) and suggested I take a better probiotic. I went to a different doctor in a different practice, had a colonoscopy right away and was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis, which is a pretty serious condition. Dr. Shah completely missed this. He said I was "too young to have any form of Inflammatory Bowel Disease". Well, he was wrong. I am so glad I found a new, attentive, caring doctor. I do NOT recommend Dr. Shah.

I can't say enough good things about the staff and the doctor! From the moment I walked in, my anxiety (and embarrassment) levels went steadily down to nothing. Everyone there was very knowledgeable about the procedure and encouraged questions. Ms. Kathy is an angel and kept me very at ease. The Doc. was the same. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
