The office staff is the WORST they lack knowledge and can't help with even basic medical records Horrible

After months of physician appointments, let downs, and being overlooked, we were referred to Dr. Gangoli’s office, where we were seen by Joe Bazzo. My husband and I were expecting the same outcome (you look fine, your bloodwork looks fine, etc.), but to our surprise, we were cared for from the moment we walked in the door, till the moment we left. The office staff were extremely friendly, organized, and efficient, which is always a positive way to start out an experience at a doctors office. Joe Bazzo, the Physicans assistant who was seeing us, exceeded all expectations. He entered the room, friendly and in an upbeat manner. Throughout our visit he answered every question and concern thoroughly. We finally felt listened to and understood after months of unanswered questions and worries. Our appointment with him was very helpful. I must say, I think by far, this was the most pleasant experience we’ve ever had at a physicans office, thanks to him and the front desk staff at the office! Dr. Gangoli was extremely thorough with explaining my unique medical situation. He was warm and kind. I felt assured and found him to be very trustworthy and extremely competent.
