Dr R Hegazy and Staff in White Hall, Ar is the most professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly Medical Personnel. They cares about “You as a person and your medical concerns”. I appreciate them for being who they are. I feel blessed to know Dr R Hegazy and Staff. Thank you

I have been seeing him for 5 years, and have seen him twice. Always see a nurse practitioner. I am changing doctors. If you complain about something then it's like you get punished and they lower your meds. He only wants to do procedures. I hate this doctor and his office. He is rude and does not listen nor care. All he cares about is money.

My mom had a spinal stimulator implanted in December 2018. They rushed the surgery so fast, Dr. Q never talked to her, the nurses gave her the shortest discharge info and they basically pushed her out before the machine could even be programmed to work. Dr. Q was in a bad mood because they were getting behind in surgery and made that verbally known to his staff. It never worked right from the beginning and caused her so much pain she went to the emergency room 3 times over a weekend to get help for pain. The bill was for over $94,000. Google and see what the average is.... 1/2 of that. In March 2019 she switched doctors (to the one that did the trial that worked perfectly) and they did an x-ray and found that her leads were not in the right spot. Later we find out that the machine is not in the right place either. She will get the stimulator taken out in July. Until then she suffers. All they want to do is injections. They are pushing & pushing injections. The reason for pushing injections because they make $2000+ per injection. My insurance doesn't cover all of the cost of injections, plus you are moved thru there like cattle. The injections help for a day. However, I do perfer their method of knocking me completely out with propofol before the injection vs most doctors give in a little valum. That is the only reason I gave them one star. I saw a different Dr in this practice who told me not to go see my ortho after a fall & an MRI showing a protruding disc. He told me that my surgeon would just tell me to keep getting injections from my pain specialist. My surgeon was pissed and told me he was glad I didn't listen to him. My issue was to severe for injections to correct & that an injection could have paralysed me. I am changing pain specialist.

When I started seeing Dr. Qureshi I was in so much pain I was confined to a wheelchair unable to stand or walk. He has helped me by doing Radiofrequency Nerve Ablation procedures that have given me a new life. Not only have I been able to stand and walk again I was able to get off of all of the pain medication that I had been on for years. The procedure last for about a year and it gives me incredible pain relief. He and his staff are so very caring and helpful. I wouldn't go any where else.

The APRN (Khan Khairunnisa) was very rude and disrespectful to me as a patient who has been coming here for months, she had no clue as to why I was here and frankly didn't care or want to listen and explain that I was in a bad vehicle accident on the 10th I have early stages of osteoporosis and didn't understand why I was here and why I needed another MRI on my back since I had one last year. Poor pathetic service and rude nurse and wouldn't have a look at my back, knee or anything very unprofessional and she should be FIRED! I THINK this place is organized, awesome bedside manor and hospitality, handling patient care with highest regard to the patient. Impressed is one word I would use. Extremely impressed.

Dr. Qureshi is always very attentive and listens to your complaints. He asked the questions needed to determine your treatment. Great manners and very informative.

Saw Dr. Qureshi today and fell in love!!!!! I have had chronic pain since 1985 and have tried everything that was suggested including tests, referrals and medicines-however, I had never been referred to a chronic pain doctor or clinic for some reason. Within five minutes of meeting me he had a game plan and was so positive he could help me that it just stunned me. I feel as if I have an ally that is so smart and sure of the direction we need to take--it's a great relief.

Dr. Qureshi was the first doctor that assured me on my first visit that he could help me. After years of chronic pain, he was able to work continuously with me until we found the treatment that was best for me.

I saw him in 2002 and he was an excellent Doctor and person. I am fixing to see him again so I will rate again after all the years

I relocated to Arkansas to be near my kids, after 8 back surgeries, I have seen many doctors, Asap made my transfer very easy, and smooth, I appreciate Dr.Q for looking at my problems and go steadfast with treatment. I am very satisfied with services, and I look forward to treatment at Asap.

If I could give no rating for this facility, I would. They're in for the money only and doesn't know what to do about your problems with pain. They will tell you need surgery and then say they would never put surgery on anyone and make you look like a fool. If you have Medicaid don't go there for sure. They will put so many charges on anyone such a 1000 dollars for urine test, so I bet you can imagine the expense for blood work and anything else..... Run, before you be messed up forever.

This is the poorest and most disorganized doctors office I have ever had to deal with. The staff is uneducated, and not very knowledgable about what is going on. No one ever answers the phone if you need to call the office. Dr. Querishi is always in a hurry and just wants to do procedures. I need help but I am seriously looking for another option.

They Never Answer The Phone And Even If You Have Appt It Takes A Long Time For Simple Things

They don't listen to you. They can't even control your pain that's why I asked for a doctor closer to home. My knew Dr is awesome

Waiting 2 hours to be called back when I have an appt is not acceptable, then I had to wait another hour to get my prescription papers after seeing the dr. They stopped asking about my availability for my next appt and if I ask to change it before I leave, they get in a huff and make me wait another 30 min to change it. I started seeing a chiropractor (Dr. Riley in Little Rock). During his evaluation, he told me that all my treatments at ASAP were just masking the pain instead of fixing it so I won't need meds. Oh and if you need to call for anything, forget about talking to someone and don't expect a call back because they don't return calls when you leave a message unless it is about your bill because they definitely want their money. The last 4 appts, I have seen someone different and each one changed my next course of action on what to do. They don't seem to listen to you. When asked how my meds were working I told the Nurse 1 ned did not work at all and the pain med barely decreased the pain at all. When I got my refills they were the very same meds that didn't work before. Very frustrating am thinking of changing clinics if things don't change.

I began seeing Dr. Qureshi at Arkansas Spine and Pain about eight months ago, and it has really changed my recovery journey. I was involved in a terrible car accident about a year and a half ago, and not being that near Little Rock, I didn't try this clinic until every doctor in my native city had failed to give me relief. During my first appointment, I arrived and waited about 15 minutes before being invited into an exam room. Dr. Q really listened to me about my pain and about what I had done so far... Which procedures worked a little, and which didn't work at all. He was very caring in examining me, and he provided me validation about why certain treatments might not have been for me--something other doctors never did in the past. Before, I felt like my treatment was a guessing game. Now, my treatment has direction. We created an action plan which I felt very involved in, and Dr. Q has been really compassionate and has sought to resolve my issues for good. I am still seeing Dr. Q--albeit less frequently now, since things are improving--and it is well worth the hour long drive. Really glad with how I have been treated here by everyone. He is rude, mean and insensitive to patients in pain. He come in and TELLS YOU WHAT HE WILL AND WILL NOT DO. HE DOES NOT ASK QUESIONS. All he cares about is doing procedures. He gives just enough medication to say he gave you some but not enough to help. He wants you to be in enough pain you will do anything, namely procedures. Procedures is where he makes his money.

This is a very busy office but Dr. Q. Is willing to talk with me about new procedures that are coming out around the nation and what might be beneficial for me in the upcoming months. I do lots of research myself and he always is ahead of me. He is presently burning the nerves in my knee to try to prevent surgery and so far I have had very good results.

He is a very thorough Physician and wants you to be as comfortable with your pain as possible.
