Be gave me a very painful needle in foot with no warning. Staff at the time were mediocre. Forgotten in waiting room on one occasion!

Always late for appointments - 30 mins+, dismissive of symptoms, lacks basic attention to detail and appears to care very little about his patients. Never calls to check in during or after hospital stays. Office is totally disorganized- have to call in repeatedly to have prescriptions refilled.

Last appointment I had a follow up for my stomach issues and vitamin D deficiency. Before that was having confusion, blurred vision, dizziness, and throwing up. I was told "I was too young to have these problems," to eat a cup or blueberries and prune juice everyday and told to eat a granola bar before I work out. Well, I changed doctors and went to a functional/alternative medicine doctor. I'm now seeing a GI doctor, a rheumatologist, a motility specialist, and a physical therapist. My problem was POTS, EDS, and MCAS... This doctor just wants a check. And don't let me forget how utterly RUDE the front staff are (on the phone and in person)!

Gave us an appointment time of 8:20. The door was locked until 8:24. Then I was informed the doctor doesn’t arrive until 9. Absolute disrespect for your time. doesn’t care about people just wants to generate Billings.

Dr Kahlil is a great Dr and nurses are amazing too!! He's my primary care and I would recommend him to anyone!!! Love this practice!!

I would not advise seeing this Doctor. They never can get medication for a Diabetic on time. They faxed it to the wrong number multiple times and also to the wrong pharmacy. Also this Dr. gave me meds that according to 3 other Doctors I should have never been on. This office is a Joke!

Amazing is not even enough to being to describe Dr.Khalil and his staff. I moved up to Ohio about two yers ago and was looking for a Physician for my family and I and can across Dr.Khalil and I have made the best decision for my family by bringing us here. Dr.Khalil and his staff took us in as one of their family members right away memorizing our names by the second visit to make us feel right at home, like we have been with them from the start. The office is well maintained, very clean inside and out. Dr.Khalil has three offices, very convenient and can get you into the office next day 99% of the time, very easy to reach in the time of need. I highly recommend Dr.Khalil to anyone looking for a doctor you will not regret!!

They seem to be under staffed. They don't have great communication when u can get ahold of them. Constantly have there phone turned off. Had a appointment today at 0830, door was locked. After calling answering service, someone finally showed up. Signed in at 0845. Looking for a new doctor today. To many issues with this one. Excellent Dr. and excellent staff. I would recommend Dr. Khalil to anyone.

I highly recommend the practice. I feel that Dr. Khalil genuinely cares, and that his office staff truly values me as a patient. I appreciate the time that he spends with me, and that he values my input. He provides patient-centered care, and discusses the plan of care before making any changes. I appreciate Dr. Khalil and his staff.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Khalil and his staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, and Dr. Khalil is wonderful! He takes the time to educate and recommend treatment options. I never feel rushed, and always feel valued and respected.

Haven't seen him in quite some time missed a few appointments and he refilled my meds without seeing him first! I will be going back after thinking about changing doctors thank you

Never. I have been going to Dr. Khalil for at least 15 years. He does not spend much time with you in the room. Last week I went to the Hartville office and I needed tests done/xrays and I wanted to go to the Summa next to my house. He said "no" that I needed to come to his to have them done because he would get the results quicker. The nice girl at the East Canton office did them today and said he would have the results in a week. Summa would have given me a disc the same day.
