My nose was deviated 100 percent to the left and was afraid of fixing it. After surgery i was able to breathe better than ever. If your looking to have nasal surgery, look no further. He really is the best.

Went in with nasal breathing issues. Dr. Surya narrowed down my issue, and was able to explain it to me in a way that I understood! Great experience, would recommend him to anyone.

Suryadevara and his staff are extremely personable and kind! I became a patient due to a major trauma and with their help was able to return to everyday life as if nothing had changed. They were very helpful and positive during my tough time.

I had broken facial bones, a crooked nose, and perforated septum. Dr. Suryadevara took great care of me throughout the entirety of my initial healing, during surgery (septorhinoplasty), and aftercare. His directions to prepare for surgery, aftercare instructions, and answers to my questions were all explained very clearly so I didn’t have to worry about doing anything wrong. He also provided me with multiple forms of contact information in case I had any issues after surgery. I currently live over 700 miles out of New York. Even though Dr. Suryadevara offered to refer me to another ENT in my area, I am choosing to remain under his care instead of going elsewhere. I am very happy with the end result. I did not give him a lot to work with from my face and he still managed to carry out a beautiful surgery. Amar Suryadevara is professional, honest, and an artist at what he does. Couldn’t recommend this office more! The staff there is so nice and I know I’m not an easy patient. I came in due to not being able to fully breathe most of my life, and Dr. Suryadevara was able to correct diagnose my problem and told me about the surgery to correct it. He never pushed me into surgery instead told me the benefits it would have and that he recommends it but untimately it was my choice. He explained everything very clearly and truthfully which I appreciated. The recovery was as expected like any nose surgery would be, however I never even bruised in the slightest! It’s now been almost 2 months since my surgery and I’ve never been happier, I can fully breathe out of my nose and the appearance is so much better. The surgery was a pretty serious surgery, and Dr Suryadevara was super nice and straight to the point with everything. He made me feel comfortable and glad that I had him and his team take care of me. The nurses were amazing and I recommend requesting this amazing team if you're in need of surgery!

Dr. Suryadevara is an amazing surgeon. I had a mohs procedure that left the tip of my nose disfigured. He did a cartilage transplant and skin graft and it looks phenomenal and barely noticeable. Dr. Suryadevara treats you like a human and cares about what you think. I highly recommend him

My daughter just had a complicated surgery to repair an old nasal fracture injury by Dr. Suryadevara. As a back story, my daughter is, in general, an extremely anxious patient. In addition, I was raised in the area, my father was a surgeon in town for almost 50 years, and I have maintained a surgical practice in town for the last 30 years. So I have been around the block a few times, and have been exposed to two generations of physicians in Syracuse. So I am confident in my assessment of Dr. Suryadevara and his entire staff, as they stack up to other practices and specialties in town. Succinctly, Dr. Suryadevara is an incredibly competent surgeon who just happens to be a wonderfully gentle, compassionate, and empathetic man; qualities that are not seen too often in today's world of medicine. Not once in the many years that he followed my daughter, did we ever feel like we were getting the "bums-rush" like most other medical practices. He always took the time to honestly and professionally answer any and all questions, without making us feel like a burden. We mulled over the treatment options regarding my daughter for years, eventually opting to have the surgery done. Thank God we chose Dr. Suryadevara. The surgery went off without a hitch, my daughter did great (and loves his entire staff), and we couldn't be happier. From a social point of view, we will always refer all of our friends to Dr. Suryadevara. But, more importantly, he has earned a professional referral for life. He is an excellent doctor, will spend the time explaining the condition and offers alternative options even though he is a surgeon.

By far Dr. Amar Suryadevara is the best plastic reconstructiv surgeon Syracuse has to offer.His staff are extremely nice and informative ????. He fixed what my last plastic surgeon ruined (local), and that was my breathing. I can BREATHE! It feels awesome, it’s like a second chance at life!! Thank you!!????

I recently had extensive reconstructive surgery to my nose for an injury that occurred over 7 years ago. Dr Suryadevara met with me multiple times, each time making me feel confident in his expertise and at ease with a very confident procedure. The outcome of my proceedure was more than I could have ever hoped for. I would highly recommend Dr Suryadevara for anyone looking for a highly experienced and professional ENT/plastic surgeon.

Dr. Suryadevara did a reconstruction of my brother face after an accident left him very injured and disfigured. The surgery was very complex and required a lot of work. We were very worried the injury would permanently change his appearance. The doctor did an excellent job restoring his cheekbone and putting his eye back in the proper place. He did an excellent job. He is caring and compassionate. I recommend him highly.
