A horrible DR and even more lacking as a human being

Nice facility, Not great doctor. Uncaring and not good with children. Not a good choice for family care from my experience.

Dismissive and doesn't listen. Hands me a Google'd print-out with information regarding my disease, which says DIET and MEDICATION are the long term solution. Refuses to give me any effective medication, as in, the stuff she gives me is listed as only MAYBE being effective. Several doctors have mentioned that there are medications to manage my condition. But according to Dr. Sarah, there isn't. There is no long term treatment for my issue, and she's the only doctor on the planet who believes this. That being said, the level of incompetence here is staggering, and I've already switched to one of the many doctors who agree: there is a long term treatment for my disease. For the rates you're claiming with my insurance, you need to step up your game Dr. Sarah.

I visited Dr. Sarah when I was 18, an appointment my mom had scheduled on my behalf. During the appointment she was condescending and raised her voice to me when I said she was hurting me during the exam, telling me that it was my fault because I wouldn’t ‘relax’. After the appointment she left a voicemail with test results but refused to explain them to me and told me I needed to make another appointment several months later for more tests. I never went back. This appointment scarred me from visiting doctors even when sick or concerned about my health. 8 years later, I still have terrible anxiety about visiting the doctor and avoid it all costs.

First of all, this is our first time to visit this Mercy Health location. It's a new building, very clean, spacious waiting room, quiet. There is coffee available for free while we waited. The registration staffs were nice and friendly. We had 12:30 appointment. We came 15 mins early to complete paperwork etc. They took us in right on time. Our doctor came in right after the nurse took the weight, temperature etc. She was very nice and patience, engaged great Q & A with my 12 years old daughter. Doctor listened to my daughter concerns. Never rushes...always listens to concerns

Dr. Sarah is perfect. She listens, takes her time to discuss your problems and is very empathic. She recently saved my wife from a slow painful infection that was destroying her health. After persist tests, referrals and constant care she saved my wife from potential disaster. She is also my doctor and has constantly checked on me for problems. You will not find a better physician for primary care and willingness to go the extra mile for your care. Dr. Sarah is perfect. I have been a patient of Dr. Sarah for several years. We have helpful conversations about my medical issues. She has never steered me wrong in specialist referrals, medication changes, or health advice. I highly recommend Dr. Sarah. Eileen in Oakley

Rude, unprofessional and is mainly concerned with you visiting her office as much as possible for her own financial gain.

Dr.Sarah is the best doctor I have ever seen! Hands down she really cares about your health and always looks out for the best outcome for you. She is caring always friendly I feel like she doesn't put me on medicine unless its whats best for me and I am never confused when I leave my appt because If I have questions she and her nurse are very undertanding and make sure I leave informed about my visit. Her nurse and front staff are always nice to me

I've been a patient of Dr. Sarah for several years now, and have always had a great experience. Contrary to the other reviews, I find her to have a very good bedside manner; she has always been respectful and attentive, and never seems rushed. I've even recommended her to friends.

Shocking and poor experience. This was the rudest, and most unprofessional doctor I have ever encountered. Her harsh response to my expressing confusion over my ongoing weight problem even though I have been watching my food and exercising was horrible. She made me tear up with embarrassment telling me I was still obviously eating too much. And had no compassion to the issues I am having with anxiety. I told the staff on my way out, but got the impression they were powerless in the situation.

The front desk was rude and unprofessional, the nurse seemed bothered to take me back for my vital screening, and Dr. Sarah is as cold as ice! This office exudes unhappiness and disrespect. If you do not have the same belief systems about mainstream medicine, and tend to favor holistic approaches, she will mock you and laugh in your face. If you are looking for a Doctor that is respectful and warm, that is willing to treat you as an equal partner in YOUR health care, look elsewhere.
