WORST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER SEEN! Who gave this woman a medical license? Saw her at the ER for neurological problems of tremors, lower extremity paralysis and slurred speech and because my results and scans were normal she in “medical terminology” accused me of faking! She rolled her eyes at me and told me that I shouldn’t be taking up at bed in her ER! My husband was furious and had a “discussion” with her at the nurse station after the way she treated me. He demanded someone else see me. I was later admitted by another MD and evaluated by 3 others. It was verified I was NOT faking and that I WAS IN FACT HAVING LEGITIMATE NEUROLOGICAL EPISODES! My neurologist is referring me to Vanderbilt’s Undiagnosed Disease program funded by the National Organization for Rare Diseases as I also have Raynaud’s Phenomenon. Yeah, I’m a real faker… Methodist Germantown Check into your ER doctors!

She completely dismissed my mother's pain that has been occurring for over ten days and did not treat or help in anyway. Would highly suggest getting another doctor if you want to be taken seriously.

Horrible ER experience. If you unlucky to get her, request another physician.

Dr. Rustom saw my elderly mother in the ER this week and I was so impressed with her. She was very thorough and caring. I highly recommend her.
