I recently had a labiaplasty with Dr. Wells. I have to mention all the staff was extremely kind and welcoming! I had an extremely comfortable visit. AND I LOVE MY RESULTS!!!! I couldn't have imagined it turning out any better than it did... To say I had a fabulous experience with Dr. Wells and her team would be an understatement. For years, I debated whether to get a tummy tuck and breast reduction. I first came to see Dr. Wells for a for a breast augmentation and a lift and was so impressed with her knowledge and bedside manner during my consultation. I recently returned again to Dr. Wells for a consultation for lip filler and she really listened to all of my concerns I had about some nerve damage I have near my mouth from previous wisdom teeth surgery and also not wanting to look too over done or too plump. Now I'm sure Dr. Wells is very good at certain procedures, but do not get your under eye filler here. I was hiding for almost 2 months with displaced filler that made my eyes look like they had bubbles underneath. I called to ask if I could text or email my pictures in, and they wouldn't let me do that. They made me schedule an appointment, which I had to wait for. Then when went in, she tried to give me more filler saying I needed more. Absolutely not, I wouldn't do it. They said stay off salt, drink lots of water and don't take hot showers. Um, what? For a month? Every morning I would wake up and run to the mirror to see what my face looked like for the day. Thank god I was working from home! I found a very professional place that specializes in filler and it took them 2 times to dissolve the filler out. They were so nice and only charged me for one session and called and texted me after each appointment to see how I was doing. They were available and responsive and they do an amazing job. But I wasted almost 2 months (and not to mention wasted $700 for the filler and another $400 for the dissolve) trying to fix what they did to my eyes. They did offer to dissolve it for free but there was no way I was going back there. I know under eye is very difficult to do, but please look elsewhere for that. I don't know if you can contact people on here, because I NEVER write reviews, but if you can I will give you the name of the place that I go to now. They are amazing! I went here in November. Update, now middle of February and 4 dissolves later, I think one eye is ok, but I am still having problems with my right eye. I've been trying to be patient, but I haven't been able to be myself in months. The picture was from Jan 31st after 3 times of dissolve from November!! I am still trying to get it all out. I'm very shy and introverted. So being open and honest to someone about what made me self conscious and want to change was challenging. However, Dr. Wells and her staff have been so kind and accommodating since day 1. Then the day of my surgery they made me feel so comfortable I couldn't even be nervous. For some reason my post is not being shared? But i think it’s important it goes through- i had a clear infection after a breast reduction that she would not diagnose. Lost have of my skin on both breast. Finally had a second opinion who actually did the correct job, and i has staph in both breast’s. Could have gotten severely ill with her negligence.

I was a patient of Dr. Wells a few years ago when I needed a cyst removed from my face below my lip area. The scar is about 2” long. I went back to her website to browse because I’m interested in another procedure and decided to look at her reviews. I came across a 1 ⭐️ review from someone who appeared to have had a similar procedure as me. She claimed the area was sunken etc.. Well that is a possible issue that may arise, when you remove a cyst. A crater may be left. That was in the verbal (and mostly likely the paperwork) warning. I took the risk because the cyst exploding/leaking was a worse side effect than potential crater. But hey, thats me. People should know that there are always potential side effects. They should ask questions and then make informed decisions. Dr. Wells, I’m so happy I took the time to read the reviews. My experience with Dr. Wells and her staff was nothing short of amazing. Dr. Wells, Tess, Mimi and Mary made me feel like family and so comfortable!! They are all just simply incredible and so welcoming. I want to hug them all (thanks to covid I cant). The time Dr. Wells spent with me on my virtual consult let me know she was the one! I did soooo much research to find the perfect doctor. She spent over an hour on facetime on our video consult which shocked me! I had done several facetime consults with other doctors and they were so quick and short with my questions. They literally made the calls under 5 minutes. The fact Dr. Wells spent over an hour with me on a free facetime consult spoke volumes. I could tell she cared and was very passionate about what she does and her patients. I was speechless when our call ended and told myself yup she's the one! I fell in love with her then and I love her even more now! I can't imagine a more skilled plastic surgeon than Dr. Wells. Her work is second to none. I did a lot of research before choosing a plastic surgeon and I am SO glad I chose Dr. Wells. For me it was worth driving out of State to have Dr. Wells work on my face. She is amazingly knowledgeable, professional yet friendly, kind and compassionate. Her follow up is outstanding. Her nursing staff is also great. Mary and Tommy are so very skilled and absolutely know what they are doing in any situation. The best part is the result I saw due to Dr. Wells' skill. Dr. Wells was my surgeon about 10 years ago, I was satisfied with the results. My daughter has an issue and we met her for a consultation recently; and during the consultation we addressed the main issue and minor ones as well. We received an estimate for the work. I called today to have Dr. Wells take care of the minor issue since my daughter started to complain of pain. The receptionist pulled her chart and spoke to the nurse, who said to go to a dermatologist. I responded to the receptionist by stating that the doctor didn’t refer me to a dermatologist for this during the consultation, but now I need to go?? No matter how great people told me I looked I couldn't feel it because of my breasts. I couldn't even stand to look at myself in the mirror. Now I have the most beautiful "girls". Review – Dr. Wells, Valley Plastic Surgery & Medi-Spa On Thursday, August 9, 2018, I had Bilateral Upper Blepharoplasty surgery performed by Dr. Wells. Being a man, age 65, and never before having experienced facial surgery, I was to say, a bit nervous. From the moment I arrived at Dr. Wells office, I was greeted with support and reassurance by Tess and Mary, Dr. Wells on-staff RNs. The procedure was thoroughly explained to me, and my questions were answered completely. Dr. Wells is an amazing, compassionate, and outstanding plastic surgeon. My procedure took about two hours, and all throughout, Dr. Wells made sure that I was comfortable, in no pain, and doing well, physically and emotionally. Dr. Wells is the BEST! I had a breast reduction done in early June of last year and could not be happier with the results. The procedure not only alleviated my back pain, neck pain, and chronic headaches, but helped me to lose weight (since I could finally work out again!) and gave me back my self-confidence. She has been incredibly supportive, communicative, and understanding throughout the process and always makes sure that I am totally comfortable. I’m a 64 year old man who had chest surgery done by DR Wells. Her professionalism and caring along with her staff Mary and Tess are second to none. Giving them just 5 starts doesn’t seem enough. After serving 42 years in the Army, I know caring and professionalism. If you are a veteran or first responder, she gives a discount. A very nice one I might add. My pain scale from 1-10 and 10 being the worst was a 1. I Highly Recommend DR Wells.

Dr Wells is a nice lady. She was kind and I thought she understood why I was seeking her help . My dermatologist had sent me there because I had cysts and scar tissue that needed to be removed from my face . Unfortunately , I was left with a huge indented scar on my left cheek. I was meticulous in my aftercare, I don’t understand what happened . As the years have passed the scar has become even more indented and it is extremely depressing to look at every day. Dr. Wells is meticulous in her surgical work. Her attention to detail is unsurpassed, an essential trait for a plastic surgeon. Her surgical skills and clinical acumen rivals that of top Manhattan doctors, but we are lucky to have her here in our little town. She does her own injectables, which is a rarity these days. I love my results. I wouldn't considering going to anyone else.

I have had several procedures done by Dr. Wells. She is an amazing surgeon and I trust her implicitly. I have been happy with everything she has done for me. I wouldn't trust anyone else. I can't express enough how calming it is to know that when you put your body and its results into Dr. Wells' hands that you can fully relax knowing you will get everything you could hope for.

Dr. Wells is a lovely person. I was referred to her by my dermatologist over ten years ago. She excised some acne scars/cysts on my left cheek, leaving a large, indented, over 3 inch scar. This scar has become more sunken over the years and caused me much distress. I finally called recently to schedule a consultation to see if anything could improve it. I was very politely told that a consultation is 100$. With three children going to college, this is not in my budget. This saddens me since it was Dr. Wells operating on my face that started this large indented scar problem to begin with. I can't even begin to put into words how amazing I feel after having breast reduction surgery with Dr. Wells. It truly has been a life changing experience for me. I went from a size "H" cup to a size "D" cup. I felt immediate relief from the pain in my back and neck that I had endured for so many years. Not only is the physical pain gone but the psychological pain of having large breasts has also been alleviated. I had surgery about three weeks ago and the entire experience was nothing but positive. Everyone at the practice was extremely kind, understanding, and highly professional. All my pre-and post-surgery questions were addressed immediately to my satisfaction; and with so much patience! Dr. Wells took a lot of time during the consultation and the post-op appointments. At no time I felt I was being rushed in and out or cut short on the phone. Everyone was genuinely caring. I wanted a breast reduction for many years but never had the nerve to go through with it until I met with Dr. Wells. I have many health issues that were exacerbated by disproportionately large breasts on a small frame. I was afraid of poor healing (because of my health issues) but also afraid that I wouldn't be happy with the results. Dr. Wells and her staff alleviated my fears and now that I'm almost two months out from surgery, I couldn't be happier. Thank you Dr. Wells!

This doctor is chief of plastics at GBMC, but will not use the facility there. Charges patients high fees to use another facility. Also overcharged for consult because the office did not contact my insurance company.

I will recommend Dr Wells to everyone and anyone! She removed a cyst from my lower eyelid one week ago ( preformed a most thorough surgery) and you would not even know it !! Dr. Wells is an incredibly talented Plastic Surgeon. She performed a tummy tuck and liposuction on me in spring of 2016. She provided the necessary screening to be sure I was a good candidate for the procedure. On the day of the surgery, her office provided great care and precision. The follow up care was very important and I felt her staff was quite skilled and experienced. My results are awesome. My first impression of Valley Plastic Surgery was extremely positive. From my initial call to request a consultation for breast reduction surgery, I was immediately impressed with the receptionist, Karen. She was super friendly and helpful and later even more so with my general questions and insurance inquiries. During my consultation, I met Mary, who was so informative and cheerful, I felt like I had known her forever. Dr. Wells came highly recommended to me by another patient who had the same procedure. Dr. Wells explained everything very thoroughly and in great detail to me. I had made a whole list of questions and I think she answered them all before I had the chance to ask. She took her time with me, putting me completely at ease. On the day of surgery, I had total trust in her abilities and was not disappointed. My recent surgical experience with Dr. Wells and her staff was extremely successful. From the beginning until the end of the process, Dr Wells, Mary, Tess and Kristin always took the time to fully explain everything that was going to happen, to address all of my questions and concerns and to provide excellent skills and care. As my healing progressed, Dr Wells continued to actively monitor the progress and made adjustments to that care when she felt it could provide an even better result. Waited 30 days to be seen, waited 2 and half hours to be called in, and without an apology I heard that she does not take care of cases like mine. Made me waist time and was rude. She did not even examined me. Terrible experience!

Dr. Wells is very professional and easy to speak to. I recently had Bilateral Blepharoplasty surgery performed by Dr Wells. I was very well prepared for the procedure and the results are amazing. Not only has my vision improved, my eyes have more youthful appearance. I can barely notice the incisions and healing is ongoing and improving daily. i had very little swelling and hardly any bruising in the early post op period. During the procedure she was supportive and guided me thru each step.
