I have seen both doctors here. I wish every dr was as dedicated as the doctors here. Both times the Cumberland and the Providence office went out of their way to get me in the same day immediately. Everyone was very pleasant and so helpful and comforting. I am so grateful for all they did for me

Dr poni is a great dr made me feel at ease answered all my question wasn't rushed very very happy with him. I had a detached retina surgery was great I can see. And staff is great and friendly and caring

I have been a patient of Dr Pani for a few years after having been recommended by my optometrist. He has excellent patient skills and does not hesitate to explain everything fully, rather than being "skimpy" with info, as some doctors act with their patients. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone for care.

very nice office, helpful staff, he took time to answer all my questions. I went in for a retinal tear.

I took my mother in for her macular degeneration issues. I was VERY happy with the staff and Dr. Pani. He explained all of our options very well. The receptionist there is one of the best I have ever encountered.

Incompetent staff. Avoid this place.

I was having eye issues, I was directed to retina specialist by my primary care eye doctor. Of all people I met during this experience, one person was pleasant - All others were neither pleasant nor unpleasant nor added any comfort or showed any empathy at all. There was no explanation for any of the tests or drops being administered. Ditto for when I sat down with the doctor. Not really concerned that I couldn't see that well out of my right eye..."come back in a month". Handed me a pamphlet
