Dr. Alston Porter genuinely cares for his patients and families. Keeps families updated and informed and educated on what he intends to do, how its going to play out and risks and benefits involved. We were confident to work with him because he was able to keep our baby alive throughout the high risk period till he saw us home. Besides, I believe he is a Christian from his behavior and concerns.
Our baby was born three months early. We were encouraged every step of the way by knowing that Dr. Porter was in charge. A God fearing man who cares not only for the family but also for the family. He kept us informed every step of the way and explained every option every step of the way.

For me and my family Dr. Porter gets a 5 star rating. Our daughter was born a little over 20 weeks; none responsive but with brain activity. Now she is 9 years and very healthy. We worked hard and was polite and explained everything to use. Did all he could to keep our daughter alive. We appreciate him greatly.
