First, let me start by saying that Dr Okawa is a miracle worker. I had breast reconstructive surgery, following a bilateral mastectomy, by a different, recommended doctor, who I felt didn’t listen to me or what I wanted and he actually seemed offended when I wanted a revision surgery. The size of the implants were huge and they fell under my armpits when I laid down and strained the muscles to the point of constant pain. So by the time I found Dr Okawa, I’d done my homework. She was so knowledgeable and gave me implant options, like plate type vs cup type implants. Before her, I didn’t realize the shape of the implant was an option; just the size. She listened to me, and after actually hearing me, came up with an amazing plan to address all of my concerns, and the results were brilliant. She set clear expectations and for the first time in a long time, I like the way I look again. She really is amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of her skills. Hand surgery on both hands very successful.

Dr. Okawa was recommended to me by nurses at the hospital. They respect her results. I had a knuckle removed. In the time frame she predicted, I was able to type and grew a perfectly normal finger nail. Both function and appearance are beyond my expectations. I'm grateful I drove the extra miles to see Dr. Okawa.
